Setter Quality Assurance Specialist, Part-Time Remote
Good Boi Marketing is a fast-growing agency specializing in helping dog groomers and dog daycare businesses generate and book high-quality appointments through our proven PAWS Method.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and performance-focused Setter Quality Assurance Specialist to help review, coach, and improve the performance of our appointment-setting team.
This role is not a calling role. You will be responsible for reviewing setter activity, analyzing call quality, monitoring KPIs, checking CRM accuracy, and sending clear daily and weekly performance recaps to leadership.
You will help make sure our setters are following the process, making enough dials, handling leads properly, booking appointments correctly, and giving every client lead the best possible chance to convert.

Responsibilities
* Review setter calls for quality, professionalism, script adherence, and booking effectiveness
* Audit call recordings and provide clear notes on what was done well and what needs improvement
* Review setter KPIs and activity metrics, including dials, contacts, follow-ups, booking rate, speed to lead, and CRM updates
* Monitor whether setters are completing required daily activity and following the correct lead follow-up process
* Review Go High Level activity, notes, pipelines, tasks, conversations, and appointment outcomes
* Identify performance issues, missed opportunities, process gaps, and coaching opportunities
* Prepare end-of-day reports summarizing setter activity, issues, wins, and recommended next steps
* Prepare end-of-week reports recapping overall setter performance, trends, concerns, and priorities for the owner
* Flag urgent problems quickly, such as poor lead handling, missed follow-up, low activity, poor call quality, or CRM errors
* Help leadership maintain a high standard across the appointment-setting team
* Support continuous improvement by documenting patterns, repeated mistakes, and training opportunities
Requirements
* Professional or native-level English, spoken and written
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent listening skills
* Ability to review calls objectively and give clear, useful feedback
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable working with KPIs, metrics, spreadsheets, CRM data, and reports
* Ability to follow structured QA scorecards, processes, and reporting formats
* Reliable, organized, and consistent
* Comfortable holding team members accountable to clear standards
* Experience in appointment setting, sales, call review, QA, management, or client success is preferred
* Experience with Go High Level is strongly preferred
Technical Requirements:
* Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)

* Dual-screen setup (required)
* Schedule
* You must be available to work within our operating window of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
* You will be assigned a fixed shift within this window
* Once assigned, your schedule will remain consistent week to week
Compensation:
* $5 USD per hour
* Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
* Additional hours available based on performance and availability
