Appointment  

Bakhtiyor Narzilloyev Murot ugli has been appointed as the Director of the Advanced Research Institute under New Uzbekistan University.  

He is one of the youngest scholars in Uzbekistan. Bakhtiyor Narzilloyev earned his PhD from Fudan University in China, which ranks 36th in the world.
