Anthropic has announced enhancements to its enterprise solutions by integrating Claude Code into its premium Team and Enterprise plans. This expansion also includes the introduction of new administrative and compliance features.
The update allows organisations to integrate both Claude and Claude Code under a single subscription, enabling switching between ideation and implementation. Developers can research frameworks in Claude, then build production-ready code with Claude Code directly in their terminal.
Early adopters report notable productivity gains. Compliance and security firm Behavox said Claude Code has quickly become its “go-to pair programmer,” with superior coding assistance compared to other agents.
Artem Pikulin, senior manager of machine learning operations, Altana, which builds AI-powered supply chain networks, noted a 2–10x increase in development velocity, with Peter Swartz, co-founder and chief science officer of Atlanta crediting Claude for enabling more ambitious projects.
Anthropic is also rolling out new admin tools, including seat management, granular spending controls, and detailed usage analytics such as code acceptance rates and adoption metrics. Managed policy settings allow organisations to enforce internal security and governance rules across all Claude users.
For compliance teams, a newly introduced Compliance API provides real-time programmatic access to Claude usage data and customer content. This enables automated monitoring, auditing, and policy enforcement, reducing reliance on manual exports and reviews.
Pricing is designed for flexibility, with each seat covering a typical workday’s usage and optional top-ups at standard API rates. Admins can set maximum spend caps to balance user flexibility with predictable costs.
