A protester denounced US Secretary of State Antony Blinken using Sign Language and keeping her hand in the upper corner of the camera frame, to avoid being kicked out of the room by security.

Letter by letter, over two hours, the protester conveyed her message to viewers, reminding them that Blinken is a butcher committing genocide.

This happened on Wednesday during Blinken's testimony before the House Committee on Appropriations in the House of Representatives.
