A1/ What is special about Presale is that you can buy the token before it goes live into pancakeswap or uniswap and be traded, also receive all of your tokens (at the time of launch)

Example: The token launch is at 9 pm exactly, you receive all your tokens at 9 pm , And you can sell them after a minute, an hour or a month (your decision)

A4/ You receive your tokens at the time of the coin launch, or sometimes you can claim right after the end of the presale.

Where can i trade Buy/Sell

A6/ You can trade in Poocoin, PancakeSwap, Or UniSwap, If the project is launched on BSC, Copy the PancakeSwap link and pasted in Metamask or TrustWallet Dapp browser 

What is slippage

A7/ The slippage is the rate of change in the price, in which the tax imposed on you by the token is included and deducted from the amount you are selling.

Example: The tax on Token "A" is 20%, If want to sell $100 you will receive ($80)

What should i do If the purchase process in the presale fails Or it stops at the loading screen and does not work

A8/ Quit or close the TrustWallet app and reopen, And If you bought from the computer, Click Ctrl + R refresh the page (make sure that your balance has not been deducted from it and make sure that you link the wallet to the site).

What should i do If the Sell and buy process fails in PancakeSwap

1. Click on the settings icon the small rectangle that has a percentage %  
2. raise the percentage by 1% and try again until your transaction goes through.

Example: If the Buy/ Sell process failed with a 15% slippage, raise the slippage to 16, If it fails, raise it 17 and keep raising until it works.

What is a whitelist

A10/ This means that only wallets manually added to the list by the devs can buy into the presale.

You can be selecetd by completing the requirements from the project team asks you to do, sometimes you can get a Whitelist by winning one of the events, contests, or games that are held by the project's team.

Mostly a specific number of subscribers are accepted and they have the advantage to enter the presale and buy early.
