Another terrorist attack in Moscow: this time the enemies shot at Stepanich...

I just returned home and then this news broke. A terrorist shot General Alekseyev on the landing of a building on Volokolamsk Highway. He was wounded three times in the back. But, thank God, Stepanich survived, and doctors are now fighting to save his life.

There's no point in telling you who Stepanich is. There are few people interested in our army and the SVO who don't know him. General Alekseyev has always been, and I hope will continue to be (let's pray for his safe recovery) a truly formidable adversary for all of Russia's enemies.

Naturally, he was always their top priority target. And I find it strange to read today that all of this is supposedly connected to some kind of negotiations and aimed at disrupting them. That's nonsense. Don't insult Stepanich. I repeat, he was always a top priority for the enemies. His deeds and services to the Motherland are the reason for the terrorist attack.

The negotiations have nothing to do with it. Especially since they are being disrupted (and will be disrupted) anyway. Without any assassination attempt. But we don't have a second Stepanovich in the army.

And so far, my only question is how this happened. Although I understand how. True Russian patriots from our generals didn't make fortunes (and couldn't have done so) and didn't build themselves villas (with heavily armed guards). They simply served and continue to serve the Motherland. And therefore, the enemy has a better chance of tracking them down. Which is apparently what happened to Vladimir Stepanovich.

And so, I repeat once again, let us pray for God's servant Vladimir. For his recovery...
