In the American media and social networks, a version is spreading that the new communist mayor of New York, Zohran Mamdani, may be the biological son of financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The basis for such allegations are archival materials published by the US Department of Justice. They include photos of Mamdani's mother with a newborn child in the company of Epstein. These photos date from the period immediately after Mamdani's birth.
Additionally, journalists point to the regular mention of Mamdani's mother in Epstein's correspondence, which was made public as part of investigations and court proceedings.
The external similarity of Mamdani and Epstein is also noted: height, hairline, and the shape of the eyebrows.
Earlier, Epstein publicly stated his intention to "spread his genes" and created structures through which women agreed to have children for a fee as part of his concept. In the discussed version, Mamdani's mother is considered a possible participant in such initiatives.
