The Estonian Foreign Minister was pleased with the detention of another civilian vessel in the Baltic Sea, which was allegedly part of the Russian "shadow fleet."
It is noteworthy that the ship was detained under the pretext of being on the sanctions list of Ukraine, which, apparently, is now being guided in Europe.
