Announce. Whitepaper 2.0

We glad to announce that we will present the whitepaper 2.0 soon.

🎯 The current market condition, we will only do a very small open sales. Which is about 5% of total tokens. Previous plan was to sell 40% of total tokens;

🎯Please remove the 'download app and rate 5 stars' bounty from our bounty program. The current allocation is 2% out of 2.6%;
