We encourage the use of high-quality leads, Ankarex does not assume responsibility for lead quality. Users must validate and confirm the legitimacy of their leads. We strongly advise implementing thorough lead verification measures before proceeding with any actions.
A2 - Links and URLs
Ankarex is not responsible for broken links or provided URLs within SMS campaigns. Users are responsible for verifying text, links, and URLs before incorporating them into their campaigns.
We recommend regularly testing your links to ensure they are not being blocked by SMS firewall filters and that they direct users accurately to the intended content.
A3 - User Compliance
Users hold sole responsibility for their use of the platform, including adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. While our platform provides tools for SMS campaigns, it is the users' obligation to understand and comply with all guidelines and legal prerequisites. Please be aware that a lack of familiarity with these rules does not exempt users from compliance. We encourage all users to stay informed and diligent to ensure successful and compliant campaigns.
A4 - Errors and Oversights
Although we strive to maintain platform accuracy and reliability, Ankarex cannot be held liable for user errors during campaign setup or execution. We strongly advise users to meticulously review all campaign settings, content, and configurations to ensure accuracy and prevent unintended consequences.
Additionally, please refrain from sending test messages unrelated to your content. Prioritizing comprehensive testing helps in prompt issue resolution and enhances the support experience.
A5 - Assistance and Support
Our support team is available 24/7, every day of the year. Did you know? Crafting high-quality content and conducting comprehensive testing before sending campaigns are critical for optimal outcomes. By following these practices, we have reduced support requests by 68%.
A6 - Testing Phase
To ensure the functionality of our service, we provide 1-3 exclusive tests for a single number (OTP code). If you require additional tests or wish to test with your own content, you can recharge your account for as little as 1 EUR, or request assistance from our tech team to use our test tool at no cost.
Please note, it is essential to conduct thorough testing before submitting any reports. Reports submitted without proper testing will be disregarded to ensure route effectiveness.
A7 - Bans & Punishments
Please be advised that you have been previously notified regarding specific prohibited actions. Repeating these actions will result in an irreversible ban without the right to account recovery. This is in strict accordance with our site's policy enforcement.
Warnings may be issued if you use virtual numbers for testing (such as receiving SMS, online SIM public numbers, and similar services) or if you impersonate another service in the same business as Ankarex.

Online SMS Testing and Virtual Sites: Engaging in any testing on online SMS receiving platforms or virtual sites will lead to immediate and permanent expulsion. We reserve the right to deny account recovery or access to any funds associated with the account. Our strict rules are in place to maintain the quality of our services. Only physical, private (non-virtual) phone numbers where you can prove ownership are accepted.
Impersonation and Scams: Any impersonation involving Apple, iOS, or FMI (Find My iPhone) scams will result in immediate and permanent expulsion.
Bypassing Blocked Words: Attempting to bypass blocked words will result in immediate and permanent expulsion.
Prohibited Uses: The following actions are considered prohibited uses and will result in immediate enforcement of our policies.
Tips
Please be aware that adherence to our campaign improvement recommendations, including adjustments to SIDs, content, or URL shorteners, is crucial. Failure to follow these guidelines may negatively impact your campaigns.

A8 - Balance Usage and Refunds
All balances recharged on the platform are intended for use and are non-refundable. Users bear full responsibility for any errors or mismanagement of their balances.
Ankarex is not responsible for the consequences of user mishandling of balances or failure to protect their account.

A9 - Third-Party Payments Crypto ATM's
The use of exchange platforms, Bitnovo, crypto ATMs, or any third-party services for payments is a constant problem. Such platforms often result in underpayment due to transaction fees or other factors.
Users are required to avoid these methods and instead make payments directly through your wallets. If, for any reason, a third-party payment is attempted, users must contact our support team for manual balance adjustment.
