No offence intended, but honestly, what is up with her writing? I am replaying the game on pc, doing everything and getting my 100% playthrough. Trying to keep a more open mind this time around as last time I grew to dislike quite a lot of characters and story situations, so far I am doing better, I dont dislike Alisa or Millium nearly as much as the last time around, but I gotta say, Angelica is still bugging me. I remember thinking, the first time she is on screen with Crow, that she is going to be a fun character to have around, quirky, always hitting on someone, sure, but interesting. But after playing the game almost to the end again, I gotta say that she is absolutely awful. I dont think there is a single conversation with her, in the entire game, where she doesnt point out how lesbian she is, how she would want to take care of some cuties, how someone is cute and she should be introduced to them, or what she would do to all the girls present and such. In all, even the most inappropriate situations (such as during the Elise's disappearance, I believe also during the terrorist attack, basically at just about every situation that should require her to behave differently, and of course, right after that as well, screw the open wound and all, just dig right in with inappropriate jokes). I know that she is supposedly very caring and is meant to be a role model for how to be independent but she really just comes across as a pervert, and not really the funny kind. Its sometimes fun to see Rean cringe at her, but she is just written completely overboard. Be honest, does anyone actually like her?

I dont think so, I played both of the games, and I still dont see any more to her, not anything that would make her even remotely appealing anyways :D
To me there wasn't. I really grew to dislike her because of how perverted she was. Not a fan of perverted characters who get to do what they want and get away with it. Everyone just basically accepts this type of behavior from her as normal like "Look Angelica is harassing girls, she's so silly! We should discipline her about it but nope let's just nod in disapproval and do nothing else." Almost every scenario with her had a "ooh I just love cute girls" moment. And Crow was right to call her out at the festival when he said that what she does is basically sexual harassment. Like seriously if this was a realistic situation there would have been several girls who would have reported her for sexual harassment. Yeah... so as you can see she's one of my least liked characters of the series.
Every game needs that one character.

Didn't/don't enjoy her character, she felt like the token "controversial" character. I don't mind lesbians/bi people in general as an aside, i just don't think they did anything with her character aside from making her throw lewd-ish comments at most girls. I.e shallow characterization.

I usually enjoy lesbian/bi/gay characters in games, as per usual with characters, it all depends on how well written they are, but Angelica felt to me very one dimensional, she is into girls, and thats all you need to know. Oh and she is a rebel of course, which directly corolates with the only other aspect of her :D
