Gilian is a great host. He bent backwards to allow me to check in earlier and have the apartment ready. The apartment is very easy to find and in a very good area with many sights to see, as well as many places to eat and transportation available. I loved the apartment! I would love to be back and highly recommended. A wonderful place located conveniently near Metro stations and great neighbourhood with food and supermarket available. Also a neat and tidy place. The apartment is as charmingly it appears, and the location is excellent for getting about Paris. Remarkably few traffic sounds. We had some misgivings about the neighbourhood, and would not feel comfortable walking around after sunset. I would recommend the spot only to those comfortable with the complexities of downtown living. We loved everything about this house, from the loft to the ease of getting to and from the metro. I will definitely be back! Well located, lovely little flat, with great design in such a small place. It stays cool enough given the day time temperatures 36 degrees so perfect in the summer heat. It is out of the main Marais area, just off the busy Boulevard Sevastapol, but you are in good walking distance of metros and local sights. The location could not be better, it is buzzing with lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops and it is very easy to walk to all of the sites. Het appartement is groot en stijlvol ingericht en het is zeker een aanrader. Ik kom zeker nog een keer terug! My stay in Paris was made extra special by this airbnb. Every inch of this place was carefully thought out and I feel very lucky to have had such a magical experience. Son loft est magnifique, je vous le recommande vivement. It was comfortable and well stocked. There were lots of spots for the 7 of us to spread out. The giant table was the central spot for everything and we all agreed we want one at our house. The beds were plentiful and comfortable. The washer and dryer were very much appreciated, tho we could never quite get the clothes to dry We were especially impressed with the location Hotel du nord for dinner, and funny, the baguettes at franprix were to die for! The loft is located about 15 steps from a lively canal scene but as robust as the nightlife is in the area the loft was quiet quiet quiet. A couple things to note Also, the interior plants are so leggy at we were 'attacked' by them everyime we passed them. It got a bit annoying so we finally tied back the branches and sprigs. All in all a fantastic experience! Merci Segire! The location is great as well. A minute walk to the Canal St. Martin and everything that neighborhood has to offer. We loved our time there. This little house was the perfect place to stay for our family of five in Paris. Everything is just steps away - markets, bakery, restaurants , shops and bars. It is a safe home in a gated courtyard. Plenty of beds, and very comfortable. The canal is a beautiful, lively scene at night. Aside from air conditioning due to the unusual heatwave , it was all we could ask for. Segire was a wonderful host! I stayed here with 8 coworkers and it was perfect! The house is just as beautiful as it is in the photos. Tons of natural lights, loved the large dining room table. Vu is such a good host - clear communication before our arrival, and there to meet us on the day with suggestions for making the most of our 3 days in Paris. Wine in the fridge and a gift of toiletries were nice touches, too. And when we needed a replacement fan to cope with the very warm nights, Vu responded promptly. The ideal place to base yourselves - and just 3 mins from St Paul metro if you can tear yourself away from the Marais to venture further afield. Lunch at Chartier is still a bargain must-do experience, dinner at Beaucoup was great and breakfast at Frenchie To Go was a nice 20 min walk away. A great trip and a super host! This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was great! Vu was very helpful and welcoming. He met us at the metro station and walked us to the apartment. He pointed out places nearby that he recommended like the bakery, the grocery store and restaurants. The bakery that he recommended was wonderful! We went there every day. The apartment was very nice. It was cozy and charming and it made good use of the space. It looks just like the pictures. It was so nice to have our own kitchen and coffee maker. Make sure you check to see what supplies are already there before you buy more. We bought coffee filters and then found about three boxes of coffee filters in the cabinet The apartment location is wonderful. This was our favorite neighborhood in Paris. Thank you for a great few days in Paris! The apartment at Rue de Rosiers is everything you need, visiting central Paris. We were a couple travelling together, visiting for the weekend. Cosy, and clean, well-situated in a beautiful and nice and more or less quiet area. The Metro as well as boulangeries and several restaurants near-by. We had a great stay at this lovely Paris apartment. The apartment was exactly as presented in the photos. The location was fantastic making it pretty easy to walk to - or take the metro to the major sites. Patricia was fantastic, quickly responding to any questions we had from booking to departure. Patricia also gave us restaurant and bakery recommendations that were helpful. There were 5 of us and our this was exactly what we needed. Thank you Patricia for making our first trip to Paris a great one! It is sufficiently big and well organized to host families with up to 3 children. It is in a very nice position, close to all services. Pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pubs, metro are all within 50m from the house. Inside you can find a coffee machine, a smart television, and a nice kitchen. Patricia is a perfect host, very present and helpful. Able to reply to any need very quickly. We definitely had a great time here. I suggest everybody to live the same experience. What a cute apartment! One thing, there is a bar just down stairs and heard music but they stopped around 11pm so it was no problem. Items to note about the apartment, which was not an issue but just so you know - no elevator and typical we think somewhat narrow spiral staircase up one floor. Not a problem for me since my husband carried the suitcase but just something to note in case it could be an issue. Michel, the friendly owner, welcomed us and showed us round the area. He was incredibly helpful, advising us of places and areas to visit, gave us tips about the best locations for seeing the major sights and how to travel the wide expanse of the city quickly and safely. The flat itself was light, comfortably furnished and contained everything you needed for your stay. Even breakfast basics were provided - all you needed to get is some delicious French bread from the boulangerie up the road! Perfect for relaxing. What a wonderful host and apartment!!! Die Lage ist top und nur wenige Minuten vom Gare St. Lazare entfernt! This studio is very nice. When I stayed there the first weekend of april , I was the first Airbnb-guest. My reception was done by a nice woman who was very helpful, but unfortunately she only speaks French and Russian. But if French and Russian are like Japanese to me, there might be a problem. Also, the toilet lies outside the studio and you have to go outside in the open air to reach it. In winter though, I might be a bit unpleasant. There is a garden that can be used to sit in! I had a great stay here! Florence Juliette were very welcoming with my last minute booking and were very accommodating. The studio is perfect for a solo traveler on a budget. The studio is located on the top floor and has an amazing view overlooking the neighbourhood. The location is only about a 10 minute train ride outside of the centre of Paris with trains running frequently. The neighbourhood itself is also very nice, with bars and shops only a short walk away. I would highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget and would definitely stay here again. It was great staying at Florence place, the studio is close to public transportation and it has everything you need during your short stay in Paris. Her apartment is charming with views of the city from large windows. Transit to Paris is a short walk away and there is a laundromat right down the street. That said , it is value for money , the bed is comfortable and all is clean and tidy. Clemence is very nice and hospitable to us. The room is quite clean and bright. Everything was great. The flat was corresponding to the pictures and description. If you plan to be out in the city all day and come back just to get some sleep this place is for you. We had wonderful time at Isabelle and Jean-Guy house! Every morning he prepared very French breakfast with baguettes and croissants. Location was good and neighborhood was nice. Only 5 minutes to train station Asnieres sur Seine. Isabelle is the best host. She makes check in super simple and is very detailed. Her home is fantastic and she makes sure you have everything you could possibly need. Central Paris is a bit far to walk, but the train station is about a 5 minute walk from her place, and the train will get you there in under 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement. A cheap place to stay on the outskirts of Paris! Be warned, you will need to develop your knowledge of the Parisian metro line however this adds to the experience! Staff were friendly. My room was comfortable and the hotel has a pretty good location very close there is a direct metro line to the centre. There is also a simple breakfast. Everything you need for a base in Paris. A group of us stayed here after cycling to Paris from London. Great access to the train station right opposite the apartment. Beds were very comfortable and lovely hot shower! I would definitely recommend staying in this cosy apartment if ever in Paris. The location is a lot closer than I initially thought and is conveniently located to the train and buses. If you are a nervous traveler I highly recommend downloading the RATP app and buying the navigo pass. Saint Lazare is either about one or three stops away depending on express trains and is where Galleries LaFayette and Pretemp is. Place was cosier and bigger than most if you were to stay closer to the city central and great value for money. There is the local supermarket, monoprix, around the corner and I made the usual trip to Le Grenier a Pain at Levallois-Perret which is one suburb away reachable by bus or train, to buy their fresh baguettes and pastry for breakfast. I also bought freshly squeezed orange juice at the local fruit and vegetable monger but was unfortunate to buy anything from the local butchers. I never meet Alex in person but he was great in communicating concerns I had during my stay and we were appreciative of the bottles of water and wine on our arrival. We did have some issues with the TV but Alex was great in helping us out with it. The only issues I had was the kitchen where attention was needed in the small things. Some plates and cutlery was dirty but I suspect from the previous guest. There was a broken wine opener,the water kettle needed to be descale , a left over mouldy jam jar, one tea bag left in the tea box , the wrong sized coffee capsule and an empty hand wash. All small things and fixable. Overall this was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone but mostly to couples due to the placement of the bathroom and toilet. We had great memories there over a bottle of french champagne and strawberries. The only disadvantage is that it Is far in a walking distance To the metro station and far from the Paris metro area. However it is a very good option due to its good price. In America Breakfast is included in all hotel rates. Hotel was all that was promised. A little out of town but reasonably easily reachable through public transport or taxis. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Pool and gym were great. We were fairly demanding guests wanting secure space for bikes when we got there, and wanting to send a package of clothes in advance of our stay.
