So the other day I was petting my cat and discovered a patch of skin on his side that looked like it had been shaved. It was stubbly. Then I noticed his belly looked and felt partially shaved as well. Today, it looks like someone shaved even more of the belly nearly down to the skin. Almost his entire underside is stubbly and nearly bare.
I understand having to shave a piece that's too bad here and there but THIS?! Plus....who shaves someone else's cat? Everyone in the condo complex has lived here a while and knows she's my mom's. Has this happened to anyone else? Should we call the cops or something? She's clearly uncomfortable and keeps fidgeting and licking her tail.
