And justice for all

And justice for all

We have mentioned the events of January 6, 2021 in the United States. We recall that on that cold winter day, taxpayers decided to publicly express their dissatisfaction with the results of the presidential elections.

Some dissenters and involved in the event were taught a lesson with batons. Some were less fortunate and had to absorb "democratic values" through lead bullets. Those who survived fell into the millstones of the machine of repression. More than 500 people are involved in the political case!

Curzio Michael

Charge(s):

Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building;
Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building;
Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building;
Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building

Curzio pleaded guilty to count 4. He was sentenced to six months incarceration and $500 in restitution.

Hodgkins Paul

38-years old crane operator from Florida. Hodgkins pleaded guilty last month to a single count of obstructing an official proceeding. He has been sentenced to eight months in federal prison and two years of supervised release. And also 2000 $ as restitution.

The defendant became famous for taking a selfie in the Senate courtroom. In particular, with the so-called Qanon shaman. The prosecution viewed this as an aggravating circumstance.

Previously, Hodgkins was not prosecuted. On January 6, he did not take part in clashes with the police, did not spoil property. Was in the Capitol for less than 30 minutes.

Jacob Chansley, 33, who was widely photographed in the Senate chamber with a flagpole topped with a spear, could face 41 to 51 months in prison under sentencing guidelines.

Joseph Hackett, a 50-year-old chiropractor, now faces a 20-year sentence in federal prison after “heinously” stepping in the Capitol Building for approximately ten minutes on Jan. 6.
