In short, a nation that cannot read ancient books does not know the history of its own country!

Hanbok, kimono, and Vietnamese clothing, etc. In short, Asian countries are basically affected by the Chinese culture!

China is one of the "Four Ancient Civilizations of Mankind", and it is the only one in the world that has not been interrupted!

Historical development line

Before being influenced by Chinese Han culture, the Korean nation was once a farming nation scattered in the Ulla Altai Mountains.

The Korean ancestors admire pyramid-shaped clothing with a wide bottom and a narrow top.

The basic style of Hanbok evolved around the Three Kingdoms of Korea.

The pants at the time were very short and tight-fitting, while the waistline of the shirt was very close.

Korean costumes have undergone three major changes.

The original white clothes of the Korean ancestors underwent the first change under the influence of the Tang Dynasty in China.

The second change was the Goryeo era.

The third change was Sinicization under the influence of the Ming Dynasty.

1.Three Kingdoms of Korea

China's Tang court brought silk robes to South Korea (called Silla in ancient times).

Aristocratic women began to wear full-length skirts and wide-sleeved tops (ju ch'ün).

Men, on the other hand, wear tight-fitting, knee-length tops and wide-leg pants, and tie their trousers to their ankles.

2.Goryeo era

South Korea became a vassal state of China's Yuan Dynasty for 80 years.

Gyeonghyo daewang(Korean: 경효대왕) married Kublai Khan's daughter, kudulu Jieli(Korean: 장목왕후), lost as his wife, and changed to Mongolian clothes from then on.

During the three years of his rule, all officials had to shave their hair and wear Mongolian clothes.

Of course, Koreans do not know this history. Even if a few Koreans knew it, they would not admit it.

3.Joseon by Yi Seong-gye

South Korea became a subsidiary of the Ming Dynasty and carried out all - round Sinicization.

Women's clothing was influenced by the clothing of the Ming Dynasty.

At the beginning, the dress belt was on the right side, smaller and shorter, and later moved to the middle position, thickened and lengthened, and the coat was also shortened;

The personality development of hanbok began after the demise of the Ming Dynasty, that is, the middle of Joseon.

Since then, the tops of Korean clothes, especially women's clothes, have gradually shortened, and the difference between Korean clothes and Chinese clothes has gradually increased.

The Korean men's dress in Joseon period basically integrated their own national aesthetics and characteristics on the basis of copying the costumes of China's Ming Dynasty

There is a strict distinction between the colors, patterns and styles of clothing at all levels of society.

In the last years of Joseon, the tops of civilian (Jeogori) women were even short to expose their breasts, which may have been set up to facilitate breast-feeding. During the Japanese occupation, they were banned by the Japanese rulers on the grounds of "immorality".

Later, after North Korea and South Korea were separated and ruled independently, they developed different routes again.

North Korea is mainly elegant and simple, while South Korea pursues clear and straight lines, and often adds skirt support to create an effect similar to a fluffy skirt.

In modern hanbok, except for the Western vest and Manchu jacket, other styles are learned(Plagiarism) from Hanfu.

Hanfu is the traditional dress of the Han nationality. It is a huge system.

Hanfu is the general name of the dress of the Han nationality from the pre Qin Dynasty to the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties.

Hanfu mainly includes Han Dynasty costumes, Tang Dynasty costumes, Song Dynasty costumes and Qing Dynasty costumes
