Anchors in igen.fr

If you open inspector on this page, you'll see that first link has href #fn1-8434

And then we should add anchor before li with this id.

My template and template 32 handle it. But template #29 has obvious mistake. The link to the anchor is correct, but there's no such an anchor in text.

Chingiz G'affarov obviously used href for anchors instead of id for anchors. I hope you see that it's not correct and in this way links won't work.

And in addition, the position of anchors is wrong as well.
