Key Job Responsibilities:
- GTN control & overpayment procedure control for Indirect customers in CRM;
- Work with documents for Direct customers: preparation GTN documents, creation rebate accrual according T&C, settlement in SAP for payment, acts of reconciliation, promo forms loading;
- Preparation AR analysis/reports;
- Participation in month-end and quarter-end timely GTN closings, report preparation;
- E-com report and budget preparation;
- Preparation NS & GTN analysis and participation for various commercial meetings
- Participation in CRM projects;
- Ad-Hoc reporting, analysis or special projects as needed, communication with the CD team, etc.;
- Customer master data.
Requirements to the candidate:
- Education: University degree in Economics/Finance;
- Experience: experience in Economics/Finance is preferred;
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel user; SAP knowledge is preferred;
- English language: not less than intermediate spoken and written.
