Tamashi GDAI, specializing in developing modern AI solutions for decision-making in business operations, is seeking a Middle Analyst-Methodologist who will create methodologies for interacting with LLM AI models to meet the business requirements of clients.

Position Overview:

The Middle Analyst-Methodologist will play a key role in our project applying AI in the development of software products. The main task is to create and lead the development of methodologies for interacting with LLM AI models, including formulating requests to an AI and evaluating the adequacy of AI responses, to meet the business requirements of clients.

Requirements:

— Strong analytical skills, algorithmic thinking, and the ability to process large volumes of information.

— Experience of solving practical tasks with modern LLM AI models.

— Understanding of software development processes.

— Solid written English skills (B1+).

Nice to have:

— Basic programming experience.

— Experience in the field of game development.

— Solid spoken English skills (B1+).

Job responsibilities:

— Collection, analysis, and coordination of work on business and functional requirements.

— Creation of methodologies for working with LLM AI models based on requirements.

— Formulation of requests to LLM AI models and evaluation of the adequacy and repeatability of responses.

— Integration of methodologies for working with LLM AI models into the product.

— Interaction with programmers for necessary product modifications for methodology integration.

Terms:

— Full-time on-staff employment.

— Net salary from $3000 per month based on the experience.

— Trial period up to 3 months.

— Working remotely or in an office in Belgrade or Tbilisi.
