About us:
BR Capital is among the most established and successful investment funds in the web3 space. We stand out from most of our peers in that we're crypto-native builders, such that the majority of our capital comes not from traditional finance but from the profits of blockchain products and services that we've built in-house.
We're also different in that we're an externally regulated and audited fund that invests through multiple strategies in parallel: algorithmic trading, hedge-fund style short/long token positions and long-term VC investments.
Would you like to work with BR Capital?
We're looking for an experienced blockchain builder who can work with us as an analyst as well as a supporter and communicator in relation to our many portfolio companies.
Requirements:
1️⃣ At least two years in any kind of web3 project with a publicly accessible product or service;
2️⃣ Your role in the above project does not need to have been technical (i.e., not necessarily blockchain development), but you need sufficient technical expertise to be able to assess the promises, prototypes and roadmaps of blockchain projects;
3️⃣ You should be active and known in web3 communities and forums;
4️⃣ You should be fluent in English and have a high level of IT literacy (including security);

Candidates can work remotely or from our office in Tbilisi, Georgia. Due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot accept applications from candidates living in Russia, but we are very happy to employ Russians living elsewhere.
