Leaked photos have emerged that allegedly show Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne kissing in an elevator back in 2016.
The unverified images show two women standing in an elevator, which is said to be in the downtown Los Angeles' Eastern Columbia Building, where Heard and Depp shared a penthouse during their marriage.
In the grainy, unverified images, which appear to have been captured by a security camera inside the elevator, a woman resembling Heard appears to place her arm around the shoulder of another woman, resembling Delevingne, before leaning in for a kiss.
Depp and Heard's divorce was not finalized until 2017 but it is unclear exactly when the images were taken meaning the couple may have already been separated.
It is also unclear why the images are being released now.
The images were first shared by YouTuber Andy Signore on his show "Popcorned Planet," and the location of the elevator was seemingly confirmed by Ami Goodheart, a Hollywood Costume designer, and resident of the same building.
"I'm looking at the cheekbones, I'm looking at the eyebrows. The eyebrows, you know how she has those like very prominent eyebrows. You are showing me pictures of Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne making out in my elevator downstairs, and holy cow, what the heck is this?" Goodheart said in the video.
When talking about the images having no date and timestamp, she added, "She lived here, in his penthouses. These are Johnny's penthouses, that he owned, that she was living in."
Previously, Delevingne, Heard, and Elon Musk were rumored to have had a threesome, though Musk himself later denied it.
In legal documents, it was claimed that Heard, Musk, and Delevingne were allegedly involved in a secret three-way relationship in 2016.
In those same documents, it was also alleged that Heard's affair with Musk started before her split with Depp in May of that year.
In a statement to Page Six, Musk denied the allegations, saying, "Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this."
"Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”
There was also footage of Heard, in the alleged same elevator in her Los Angeles building, with James Franco.
Franco was mentioned during Depp's defamation suit against Heard back in May 2022, after Heard claimed her ex-husband was jealous about her relationship with Franco.
Surveillance footage from the elevator was shown in court, which showed Heard had Franco over at her apartment building on May 22, 2016, the night before she filed for divorce from Depp.
In the footage, Franco and Heard were seen mutually resting their heads on one another during the elevator ride.
Heard was also seen with Musk in the elevator of the apartment building she lived in with Depp.
In one image, Musk can be seen draping his arms around Heard, who appeared to be wearing a swimsuit and a towel. She reciprocates the affection by bending over to place her hands on the leg or waist of Musk, who was wearing a dark T-shirt and jeans.

FAIRFAX, Va. — Amber Heard made a tearful return to the stand Thursday in her and Johnny Depp’s defamation trial, denying she tipped off paparazzi before filing a temporary restraining order against her then-husband in 2016.
“I did not call TMZ or any other news source or paparazzi source, no one,” Heard insisted in the Virginia courtroom.
Depp attorney Camille Vasquez and Heard talked over each other during the exchange about her trip to a Los Angeles courthouse in May 2016, recreating the dynamic the two shared when Heard was last on the stand for almost four days of testimony.
Former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine gave short testimony on Wednesday where he discussed sending paparazzi to follow Heard to court and publishing a video of Depp smashing cabinets and screaming that Heard had recorded.
“What actual survivor of domestic violence wants that?” Heard said Thursday after Vasquez accused her of being in cahoots with TMZ. “If I wanted to leak it, I would have done a lot more with it.”
Vasquez replied: “You testified earlier you didn’t know how to leak things.”
Speaking about the impact of her public divorce from Depp during her direct questioning, Heard quickly broke down, stating, “People want to kill me.”
“People want to put my baby in the microwave and they tell me that,” the mom of 1-year-old Oonagh Paige Heard said.
Looking directly at the jury, Heard said, “Johnny … promised me that if I ever left him, he’d make me think of him every single day that I live.”
“In the harassment and humiliation, the campaign against me that’s echoed every single day on social media. And now in front of cameras in this room. Every single day I have to relive the trauma,” she cried.
“Perhaps it’s easy to forget, but I’m a human being,” Heard added.
“Protecting the secret that I did, for as long as I did, has taken enough of my voice,” she said. “I have a right to my voice and my name … I have the right as an American to tell my story.”
On cross-examination, Depp’s lawyer opened her aggressive line of questioning by saying: “You said this trial has been hard for you. So let’s talk about that.”
“Your lies have been exposed to the world,” Vasquez charged.
“I haven’t lied about anything I’ve been here to say,” Heard replied, looking at the jury.
The pair went on to spar over several previous testimonies, including that of Heard’s former best friend Rocky Pennington.
Vasquez listed a slew of witnesses who came to testify on Depp’s behalf, asking Heard if she “expected” them to show up in court.
“I know how many people will come out of the woodwork to be in support of Johnny,” she responded, adding it’s in part why she chose to write the 2018 op-ed in the Washington Post over which Depp is suing her.
The two also fought over a picture of spilled wine that Heard had testified about previously, in what was another heated moment .
Depp, 58, is asking for $50 million in damages after Heard wrote she became a “public figure representing domestic abuse” and recounted the backlash she received for speaking out against a powerful man.
Heard, 36, countersued her ex-husband, claiming she was defamed when his team made statements on his behalf that her domestic abuse allegations were fabricated.
After a short redirect that followed Vasquez’s cross-examination, court proceedings came to an end just after noon Thursday.
Judge Penney Azcarate then gave the jurors brief instructions before dismissing them for the rest of the day.
The jury will return to the courtroom at 9 a.m. Friday for closing arguments and will then be granted as much time as needed to deliberate.

HEARTBREAKING photo shows boy, 15, comforting his little brother after he told him he was dying

Neither side deserves to be excused but the narratives peddled currently with Amber Heard being singularly targeted need to be discarded

Less than a week ago, the world came to know about an audio recording where Amber Heard allegedly confesses to abusing Johnny Depp.
In the tapes, Heard says, "I'm sorry that I didn't, uh, uh, hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you're not punched."
She continues, "I don't know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you're fine. I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you." She goes on to say, "I can't promise you I won't get physical again. God, I f**king sometimes get so mad I lose it." This tape was released by Daily Mail.
Heard filed for divorce from Depp on May 23, 2016, and obtained a temporary restraining order against him. In her court declaration, she stated that Depp had been verbally and physically abusive throughout their relationship, usually while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In early 2019, Depp sued Heard for $50 million for defamation over an op-ed she wrote for The Washington Post in December 2018. The article "depended on the central premise that Ms Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her".
Ever since the truth about Heard came out, social media has been ablaze with Depp fans demanding justice for the actor while asking for Heard's removal from her role in 'Aquaman'. Many Depp fans want Heard dragged to court and held accountable for her actions. They also want Depp to be given back the role of Captain Jack Sparrow in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' franchise.
Things have only gotten worse for Heard. A second audio tape was leaked where Heard reportedly dares Depp to tell the world that he was a domestic violence victim. She is heard saying, "See how many people believe or side with you."
When Depp replies, "It doesn't matter — fair fight my a**," Heard says, "Exactly, because you're big, you're bigger and you're stronger. And so when I say that I thought that you could kill me, that doesn't mean you counter with you also lost your own finger. I, I'm not trying to attack you here, I'm just trying to point out the fact of why I said call 911."
She continues, "Because I was, you had your hands on me after you threw a phone at my face. And it's got crazy in the past, and I truly thought I need to stop this madness before I get hurt," she added. Depp had admitted to throwing a phone at Heard during a 2016 disposition.
While the allegations of Heard abusing Depp had been raised in the aftermath of Depp suing his former wife, the leaked audio tapes have intensified the attacks on Heard, who has been accused of derailing the #MeToo movement.
Heard was accused of domestic assault in 2009 by her then girlfriend. However, in 2016 her girlfriend said that the reports were false and motivated by "homophobic" and "misogynist" attitudes.
However, do the leaked audio tapes mean that Depp can now be absolved of all wrongdoing? While Depp does not negate Heard's accusations in the tapes, media and fans have glossed over Heard's allegation about Depp throwing a phone at her.
Fans also allege that Heard needs to go through the same "cancel culture" that Depp went through when the abuse allegations first came up. Depp had also alleged that he lost his role as Captain Jack Sparrow because of the allegations, a claim fans have been bolstering.
However, there is no direct proof of this claim. The reboot of the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' franchise was announced in 2018 and though Depp lost out on his role, his career has not taken a major hit as most fans allege.
Depp was cast as Gellert Grindelwald for the 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' franchise, spun off from the wildly successful 'Harry Potter'. And after the abuse allegations made by Heard, many called for the role to be recast. However, 'Harry Potter' author JK Rowling defended the actor, saying it was "the right thing" for the series. Two movies of the 'Fantastic Beasts' franchise are already out, with three more announced to be released.
Heard had also accused Depp of alcohol and drug abuse, which could certainly be a contributing factor to the estranged couple's ugly situation. Depp's history of alcohol addiction is not new. The actor had previously talked about it, though Depp claimed he stopped drinking in 2013. In 2018, Rolling Stone reported about Depp using hashish as well as bragging about the amount of money the actor spent on wine.
The question that arises at the moment, however, is why Amber Heard seems to be singularly targeted today despite the audiotapes having both her and Johnny Depp speak about their abusive actions.
Even at the time when Heard first came out with the allegations, media coverage of the actress was unfavorable with some outlets peddling tired narratives about domestic abuse victims looking for financial paydays. There was also intense scrutiny of Heard's sexual orientation, which played to stereotypes of bisexual women being promiscuous, sneaky and unreliable.
This is not to say that Heard must be excused or forgiven. However, Depp's cis-white-male privilege undoubtedly plays a role in the imbalance in terms of the treatment both actors have been receiving in the wake of the leaked tapes.
None of the tapes released have absolved Depp of abuse, rather they just prove his allegations that Heard was abusive as well. What is clear is that Heard and Depp's relationship was mutually abusive and toxic, something the actors have themselves acknowledged in the leaked tapes. A similar situation was noticed in the media's coverage of the mutually abusive relationship between Nicki Minaj and Safaree Samuels .
Neither side deserves to be excused but the narratives peddled currently with Heard being singularly targeted need to be discarded. Heard's earlier communications have misled the public and thereby negatively affecting the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements, leading many to question other survivors' claims. However, it does not mean her experience as a domestic abuse victim can be ignored, just as Depp's ordeal within the relationship cannot be ignored either.
