Program Goals:

Ambassador Selection Criteria:

Active Nicegram Users:  

  • Familiarity with Nicegram’s features and benefits. 
  • Demonstrated engagement with the application.  

Social Media Influence: 

  • Audience of more than 3,000 on X (Twitter), Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. 
  • Engagement rate reflecting genuine interaction with their audience.  

Creativity and Communication Skills:  

  • Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, live streams). 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with their audience. 

Positive Reputation:  

  • No record of negative public actions or controversies that could harm the program. 
  • Commitment to Nicegram’s values and mission.

Onboarding Process:

1. Application Form:  

2. Selection:  

  • Evaluation of applications for alignment with the program's objectives.  
  • Verification of social media profiles' authenticity and engagement metrics.

3. Trial Period:  

  • Selection of candidates for a two-week trial period with basic tasks to confirm their capabilities and interest.

4. Acceptance and Training:  

  • Providing successful candidates with a comprehensive and detailed guide to get started.

Goals and KPIs:

Main Requirements:

  • Posts: At least 3 high-quality posts about Nicegram per week on any platform.  
  • App Installations: Attract a minimum of 100 app installations monthly via a personal referral link or promo code.  

Additional KPIs:

  • Premium Subscriptions: Attract at least 10 new premium subscribers monthly.  
  • Engagement Metrics: Demonstrate measurable impact through likes, comments, shares, and clicks on posts.  
  • Team Tasks: Participate in campaigns or initiatives aimed at user acquisition (e.g., AMAs, themed challenges).

Ambassador Responsibilities:

Content Creation:  

  • Publish engaging posts, videos, and stories about Nicegram.  
  • Highlight the benefits and features of the premium version of the app.  

Community Engagement:  

  • Actively interact with the audience, answer questions about Nicegram, and encourage app installations.  
  • Relay user feedback to the Nicegram team.  

Event Participation:  

  • Take part in online events, webinars, or special campaigns organized by Nicegram.


Reward System:

Base Rewards:  

  • 50 USDT for meeting the main KPIs (3 posts per week + 100 app installations).  

Performance Bonuses:  

  • Additional App Installations: 0.5 USDT for each installation beyond the monthly goal.  
  • Premium Subscriptions: 2 USDT for every new active premium subscription (must remain active for 30 days).  

Top Ambassador Recognition:  

  • Ambassador of the Month: An extra bonus of 100 USDT + public recognition on Nicegram’s official channels.  
  • Contests and Challenges: Competitions with prizes for creativity and effectiveness, such as best post, highest referral count, or most engaging campaign.
