Ambassador Program Proposal for the Nicegram Project

Program Purpose

To support the launch of the $NICE token and scale the Nicegram airdrop by:

• Increasing awareness of the token and the airdrop.
• Boosting engagement through reposts and original ambassador-generated content.
• Driving new user acquisition and ATT-point accumulation via referral links.
• Growing the Nicegram community and long-term loyalty.

Ambassador Requirements

• Active Nicegram user.
• Audience of 3,000+ followers on social platforms (Telegram, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Strong engagement metrics (likes, comments, reposts).
• Creativity and ability to produce high-quality content.
• Positive reputation and no toxic history.

Ambassador Responsibilities

1. Reposts

Actively repost official Nicegram updates and help amplify key announcements.

2. Original Content

Create content that mentions Nicegram and the $NICE token. Share your personal experience and insights.

Minimum: 3 posts per week.

3. Community Promotion

Discuss Nicegram in your Web3 communities and on X; engage in relevant conversations.

4. Referral Link

Invite new users and accumulate ATT points, which convert into tokens later.

Reward Distribution Mechanics

Rewards are distributed as a percentage of the Ambassador Airdrop Pool.

Each ambassador receives a share based on their performance score, which includes:

• Post views
• Likes
• Comments
• Reposts
• Number of referred users
• Engagement on X and Telegram

Formula:

Reward = (Ambassador’s score / Total program score) × Ambassador Reward Pool

Example:

• Pool: 11,000,000 $NICE
• Ambassador A: 120 points
• Total points: 4,000

120 / 4000 = 3%

Reward = 330,000 $NICE

Tracking & Reporting

• Mandatory use of trackable links and hashtags for counting reach.
• Monthly report including:
• Screenshots of analytics
• Links to posts
• Referral data
• ATT-point stats

Rules & Restrictions

• No bots, fake engagement, or manipulations.
• Content must align with Nicegram values; no toxic or harmful materials.
• Violations may result in disqualification and loss of rewards.
