You must call Amazon support on 1-888-280-4331 [I m using TextNow] with story how u had car accident and ur phone is broken and you cant login to your amazon acc u have also health problems and you forgot password. will ask you for all this informations you must delivery that by call and when u deliver all you will get not link on phone and you will easy login
