A 20-year-old lady, Fatima Usman has accused her father of having sexual intercourse with her in Owo, Ondo state.
Fatima in a viral video gave the name of her father as Usman Momoh Sani, a worker in a tertiary institution in the state.
In the two minutes 10 seconds viral video, Fatima alleged that her father had been sleeping with her for long.
“Whenever I refused to have sex with my father he would send her out of the house in the midnight.
“My father has been sleeping with me for a very long, and whenever I refused he would send me out of the room.
“If I say I will voice out, he would be threatening to kill me.
“He would bring out a knife and show me that if I tell anybody he would kill me.”
“My mother did not bother to check on me whether I slept in the room or not.
“Anytime my father sent me out, and I slept outside, my mother would have slept off, she did not know what was happening.”
Fatima called on the government to help him get justice.
However, in another viral video, a man who claimed to be an in-law to Fatima’s father confirmed the incident and said the family had intervened in the matter.
He said; “When we heard about the matter, we came to their house and Fatima’s father confessed to the commission of the act but pleaded that it was the devil that pushed him.
“So we took the matter to our village in Delta State and the family said he had committed sacrilege.
“So he was asked to bring some items as atonement for the incestuous act and he provided those items, which include tubers of yam, goat, local gin among others.
“After that, the elders in the village warned the girl not to return to her father’s house that she should be staying with me.”
He confirmed that the matter was reported at a police station in the town and Momoh was arrested, interrogated and later granted bail.
Police spokesperson in the state, Tee-Leo Ikoro, claimed ignorance of the incident when contacted for comment.

LONDON, Ont. ─ She went on the family laptop to do her homework and found a collection of home videos she never knew existed.
Inside a folder marked her father's "stuff," were images of the 15-year-old girl secretly recorded in her bedroom ─some, showing her in sexual acts including having sex with her boyfriend the same age.
The 47-year-old London, Ont., man had hidden a clock radio surveillance camera in her room.
Wednesday, the man ─ who'd worked as a security specialist for a major courier company ─ was sentenced to 23 months in jail, including 18 months for making child pornography.
He was also given four months for possession of $10,600 worth of stolen property taken from his employer, and an extra month for violating court orders.
Making child porn carries a mandatory minimum sentence of one year.
Unlike most child-porn cases, this one had "a very different and specific set of facts," defence lawyer Jim Dean told Justice Thomas McKay.
There was no grand stash of pirated images collected from the Internet, no accounts found on the computer to attract other porn collectors.
The man, in counselling for obsessive-compulsive disorder, pleaded guilty but claimed he'd set up the cameras because he was convinced his daughter was sexually active.
The judge wasn't buying his excuse.
"I reject his justification," said McKay.
Of the 323 videos found on the computer, more than 10% met the legal definition of child porn and were meticulously filed under sexually suggestive names.
The man can't be identified, to protect the girl's identity.
The daughter contacted police and turned over the computer shortly after stumbling on the cache.
Police searched the family's home and found a video surveillance alarm clock in the girl's bedroom.
More clock radio cameras were found in the bathroom and recreation room, a smoke detector camera was in the basement, the lens aimed toward the couch.
Not only did the daughter not know she was being filmed, but neither did her boyfriend or a friend, a 14-year-old girl, who was recorded changing her clothes in the teen's bedroom.
Police also discovered $10,600 worth of property ─ including cameras, speakers, iPods, gaming systems, running shoes, computers, watches, handbags and cell phones ─ linked back to the man's employer, where his duties for a decade as a security specialist included claims-reduction and loss prevention.
The man had also been selling and shipping out goods taken from the courier's locations. Since 2006, US$104,655.56 had flowed through the account.
The man also pleaded guilty to attending the family home at his wife's invitation to do repairs, even though he was banned from going there, and for having a cellphone with a camera on it.
One of his bail conditions was not to possess any video-recording devices.
The man told the judge he couldn't find a phone without a camera.

A scandal involving a Reading priest is thrust into the headlines and it allegedly involves sex, lies, and videotape.
A Muhlenberg Township, Pa. couple is suing the Diocese of Allentown, claiming it failed to prevent a priest from seducing their 17-year-old daughter.
"I didn’t believe it. It was always hard to believe because he was always so nice to us. It just came as a shock to everybody," parishioner Melina Montes-de-Oca said.
In the lawsuit filed Thursday in Berks County court, the girls’ parents say their daughter’s sexual relationship with the priest began when she was a 17-year-old senior at Reading Central Catholic High School and continued until she gave birth at age 19.
The girl’s parents claim to have secretly videotaped the two having sex in the basement of their home.
Father Luis Bonilla Margarito was removed as chaplain of Central Catholic and as the pastor of St. Joseph Church in Reading, Pa.
The Diocese of Allentown would not comment on the lawsuit, but released this statement to NBC Philadelphia:

"As the diocese announced publicly at the time, Father Bonilla was removed from all assignments in November 2009. He has not functioned as a priest since then.”
Parishioners at St. Joseph Church say they considered Father Bonilla a part of their family.
"Just like anything else in your family, when something goes wrong and you have to live through it," parishioner Tom Kennedy said.
And his admitted fall from grace is something they’ve working to overcome.
"He made a mistake. He’s a man of God. I wish him all the best," Dave Krick said.

A Georgia teen is speaking out after running away with a man more than twice her age, telling Dr. Phil McGraw that she made a mistake and said she “should have just stayed home."
Calah Waskow, 15, was thought to have been kidnapped after she disappeared from her parents’ Evans home on December 4, authorities said.
But in an exclusive interview with Dr. Phil, Waskow said that she had voluntarily left with a friend's 37-year-old father, Jason Johnson.
The teen was found about 200 miles from home in Tennessee.
Though she claimed she went willingly, Waskow said the decision was a mistake, telling Dr. Phil : "Me being 15, I made the mistake of putting my life, and trying to be grown, into a man who is a 37-year-old adult — old enough to be my father — putting everything in his hands whenever I’m supposed to be at home with my mother."
Though Waskow said the relationship was consensual, she said she wants to share her story to raise awareness.
“I want people who are in or think they can be in an older relationship with somebody and get away with it.
"It's illegal and wrong ,” she added. "It's illegal for a reason.”
