Making a sexy outfit for cosplay doesn't mean cosplay. Putting on a garter and holding a gun doesn't say cosplay, it says lack there of.

Valeri , You need to understand what they're dressed as. I assume it's 'generic American High School Shooter'.
#1 . Putting a helmet on and holding a mug is not cosplay, #17 . Garter and guns doesn't count as cosplay. None of these are cosplay... Cosplay actual takes time to make a costume, putting on lingerie and nipple pasties is not cosplay. I understand putting a sexy twist on it and some anime portrays females as being dressed sexy, but putting on a Catwoman mask on and a fishnet suit from yandy.com doesn't make it cosplay.

Quillie , In case you still have not found the answer to your question, that is Cindy from Final Fantasy XV. Despite the clearly-focused-on bikini top, her costume is fairly accurate to how she is portrayed in the game. The pose adds an element of sexiness that is implied and sometimes teased in cut scenes with various camera angles...similar to how the cosplayer is modelling. Hope that helps!
