Amanda Seyfried is fighting back against a website that allegedly published leaked, private nude photos of herself.
The 31-year-old actress' attorney sent a letter on Wednesday to Celeb Jihad, acknowledging that the photos feature Seyfried "either in various states of nudity" or "in intimate moments with her former boyfriend," and were meant to be private.
"These photographs are believed to have been leaked, i.e., wrongfully obtained by a third party or parties without Ms. Seyfried's knowledge or consent," the letter, which was obtained by TMZ , reads. "Your unauthorized use and distribution of the Seyfried Photographs constitutes, at a minimum, copyright infringement, violation of Ms. Seyfried’s right of privacy under applicable law, and tortious conduct under state and common law."
Seyfried's attorney is demanding the website immediately remove the photos and that they preserve any evidence related to the leak.
ET has reached out to Seyfried's rep for comment, as well as her attorney.
Nude photos of Seyfried leaked online on Wednesday, some featuring her ex-boyfriend, Justin Long, Gossip Cop reports.
The actress is now engaged to 40-year-old actor Thomas Sadoski, and is currently pregnant with her first child.
Interestingly enough, on Wednesday, Emma Watson also took legal action after photos of her trying on various outfits were leaked. "Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen," Watson's rep told ET in a statement. "They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further."
This, of course, isn't the first time A-list celebs have been the target of hacking. In January, 29-year-old Edward J. Majerczyk was sentenced to nine months in prison for his role in a 2014 Hollywood hacking scandal that exposed nude photographs of dozens of celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence, Ariana Grande and Kate Upton.
Lawrence called the nude photo hacking a "sex crime" during an interview with Vanity Fair.

Los Angeles: Actress-singer Amanda Seyfried has become the latest victim of Hollywood's hacking scandal after some of her nude and intimate photographs were leaked online.
Seyfried, who is expecting her first child with fiance Thomas Sadoski, has asked her legal team to take action against a website called Celeb Jihad after it published leaked, private images of her, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Seyfried's attorney sent a letter to Celeb Jihad on Wednesday.
In the letter, her attorney stated that the photographs featured the 31-year-old "either in various states of nudity" or "in intimate moments with her former boyfriend".
"These photographs are believed to have been leaked, wrongfully obtained by a third party or parties without Ms. Seyfried's knowledge or consent. Your unauthorised use and distribution of the Seyfried Photographs constitutes, at a minimum, copyright infringement, violation of Ms. Seyfried's right of privacy under applicable law, and tortious conduct under state and common law," the letter further read.
As per reports, her former boyfriend featured in the leaked photographs is Justin Long, whom she dated from 2013 to 2015.

“Les Misérables” actress Amanda Seyfried posed for explicit photos with then-boyfriend Justin Long and they were leaked to the internet Wednesday in an apparent Fappening 2.0 hack. The pictures were confirmed to be authentic by Gossip Cop, a website that regularly debunks celebrity rumors.
Seyfried, 31, is pregnant with her first child. She became engaged to fiancé Thomas Sadoski in September after six months of dating. Before that relationship, she dated Long from 2013 to 2015. Since the pictures only show Long, Gossip Cop noted they were old photos of the “Mean Girls” star. Some of the photos show the two of them in a sex act.
Seyfried isn’t the only star involved in the new hack. “Beauty and the Beast” actress Emma Watson and “Crazy, Stupid, Love” star Analeigh Tipton were also exposed in the nude picture scandal.
Though Seyfried did not immediately respond to the photos, Watson issued a statement through her publicist Wednesday. “Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen,” her publicist told the BBC. “They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”
The explicit pictures were posted after she was accused for being anti-feminist when she exposed parts of her breasts in photos for Vanity Fair last week. “Feminism is about giving women choice,” the HeForShe gender equality activist told Reuters in a March 4 interview. “Feminism is not a stick with which to beat other women with. It’s about freedom. It’s about liberation. It’s about equality. I really don’t know what my [breasts] have to do with it.” The 26-year-old added: “It just always reveals to me how many misconceptions and what a misunderstanding there is about what feminism is.”
Watson, Seyfried and Tipton aren’t alone. Included in the first round of Fappening photos were stars like Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Christina Hendricks, Victoria Justice, Kim Kardashian and McKayla Maroney.

Pregnant Amanda Seyfried has become the latest actress to unleash her lawyers on the bosses of a website featuring intimate shots of her.
Nude photos of the Mamma Mia! star with an ex-boyfriend have appeared and the star’s legal team has demanded they are taken down immediately.
They insist the private images were illegally obtained by a third party and leaked to the site without Amanda’s consent, according to TMZ .
Her lawyers have also asked the website bosses to preserve any evidence related to the leak, which is also linked to pictures of Emma Watson , whose lawyers have warned website owners not to publish the stolen personal photographs from a fitting with a stylist.
The pictures were reportedly hacked from the Harry Potter star’s personal computer and posted online, prompting the 26-year-old’s representative to assure fans none of the shots feature a naked Emma , despite reports to the contrary.
“Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen,” a spokesperson says. “They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”
The Seyfried shots could not have dropped at a worse time for the actress, who is preparing to become a first-time mum.
She became engaged to fiance Thomas Sadoski in September (16), and the couple announced the baby news in November (16) when Amanda debuted her bump at a Givenchy red carpet event.
The scandal is unlikely to upset her actor fiance, who recently gushed about the mum-to-be in a TV interview.
“I spend a lot of my time looking at this bump that’s growing inside of her just thinking, looking and talking to that child and going, ‘You have no idea how lucky you are to have a mum like this’,” he told Harry Connick, Jr. “She’s incredible. I couldn’t be more proud of her for who she is as a mum already.”
The couple is currently planning a low-key wedding.
