Alt:V quickstart guide

1. Download the app from altv.mp

2. Extract to an empty folder

3. Run altv.exe and wait till the download is finished 

The multiplayer will find the game path automatically, or prompt you to specify it

4. Pick a nickname

5. Connect to server and choose a gang

6. Show everyone what a mean gangsta you are)
