What you need to do: Defeat the Alloy Worship Unit. Summon it by destroying 5 egg nests, scattered across Siren's Call Easiest way to do it: The Alloy Worship Unit will always spawn near the central pillar It's the enemy with the most health aside from the final boss, so the fight might be long.
Siren's Call is an environment introduced in the Skills 2.0 Update, located on Petrichor V. The stage is a part of the fourth set of Environments in Risk of Rain 2. This is the only area where the Alloy Worship Unit , a stronger variant of the Solus Control Unit , can be found.
What is the lore behind the Alloy worship units? What i mean by my question, is that I remember when i came across the eggs for the first time and destroyed them, I expected som sorta bird to spawn not a giant metal ball, so what is the relation between those eggs and the worship unit?

If you don't feel like you can kill the Alloy Worship Unit safely or fast enough (you should be leaving stage 4 before 30 minutes, assuming you've gotten all of the loot up until then), then it might be a good idea to skip it.
You can spawn the Alloy Worship Unit at any point while on Siren's Call - even while you're in the process of teleporting out - he's tied to the eggs and nothing else. However, the Alloy Worship Unit is counted by the game as a Boss - even if you've charged the teleporter to 100%, he will prevent you from leaving the stage.

An easy way to "fix" the Alloy Worship Unit for now If the eggs were interactibles rather than breakable on accident, the player would get better control over when to fight the boss and when not to as clearly this boss needs a certain power level to be taken down which not every run gets to.

Some thoughts on the Alloy Worship Unit I haven't seen any discussion about our new ball boi bonus boss, so I figured I'd start the conversation myself. Mostly, I think it's a neat idea marred by poor execution, so I'd like to go into why I think that and how I think it can be improved. So, let's get into the good stuff:

Could someone explain what happens to Alloy Worship Unit at low health? I've been playing monsoon lately doing my best to get through it at least two loops but so far no luck. Anyways, whenever I spawn this thing it starts dying relatively easily most of the time, however, whenever it gets low health it starts taking minimal damage for some reason.

The Alloy Worship Unit seems to scale completely differently than other bosses. With Loader at like stage 30-40 I'm literally one shotting whole groups of bosses, even if they're Malachite or Celestine.

The alloy vulture nests are found at predetermined locations throughout Siren's Call, they can be destroyed by any form of damage and are used to summon the Alloy Worship Unit. Destroying 5 will display the message: You hear a distant whirring... Destroying one more will display the message: The whirring grows loud. Shortly after, the boss will spawn.
Alloy Worship Unit is a little much I don't have a problem with the boss being extremely difficult, but it gets ridiculous on loops. When you have items like tesla coil and ceremonial dagger it always ends up spawning accidentally, and then you have to take 15 minutes to grind its ENORMOUS health pool down.
