Alex (Alexey) Trubachev, born in 1975, native of Moscow, Russia. Since 1998, as part of his own international project MCS AlexClimb, he works as an independent mountain guide, specializing in technically difficult mountaineering routes.

From 2002 to the present time, Alex Trubachev has been heading the MCS AlexClimb School of Mountaineering and Rock Climbing, the most known commercial organization in Russia professionally engaged in teaching sports climbing and mountaineering techniques. MCS AlexClimb is the only project of this profile (2019) operating in Russia according to the quality standards of the international mountaineering association UIAA.
