Alexandra Daddario is stunning in a new bikini photo she shared to Instagram on July 30! The actress, who sported a stunning beige, designer swimsuit, enjoyed a day by the pool with her roommate.
Alexandra Daddario is soaking up the summer sun in the cutest bikinis! The Baywatch actress, 34, traded in her signature red one-piece for a nude-colored two-piece on Thursday for a day of sunbathing. Alexandra shared an Instagram photo alongside her roommate Kate Easton , who she shared a lounge chair with.

Lucky for her 16+ million Instagram followers (including us!) Alexandra tagged the brands responsible for her pool look. Her bikini was courtesy of an Allana x Salt Water Collective collaboration. Alexandra’s top features a “soft V neckline designed to complement your bust, with an elastic under the bust for extra comfort and support,” according to the brand’s website .
The same level of comfort was applied to the matching bottoms, which feature a “soft V-shaped waistline designed to flatter your curves,” the site states. Although Alexandra didn’t show the back of her swimsuit, her bottom, according to the site, has minimal, cheeky coverage, and can be worn mid or high rise.
The Salt Water Collective is an environmental friendly swimsuit brand whose mission is to encourage women to embrace their bodies. Alexandra also rocked Illesteva sunnies.
Just days before her latest bikini outing, Alexandra looked just as stunning in a black two-piece, as seen in a photo shared to her Instagram. The actress was pictured standing in knee-high water, surrounded by small waterfalls. She enjoyed nature’s beauty with a protective mask over her mouth and nose due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Back in April, Alexandra donned another sultry suit that looked a bit familiar. She channeled her Baywatch character on Facebook for a video promoting her new YouTube channel. The actress rocked a ruby red, one-piece swimsuit in the clip, which showed her frolicking in a hot tub. Alexandra’s updated version of her character’s lifeguard costume featured an open back and a halter top with a plunging neckline. Alexandra’s easily one of our favorite swimsuit queens of summer 2020!

Not that one needs an excuse to skip past season three of Arli$$ on HBO Go to watch True Detective for a third time, but here’s a good one: Alexandra Daddario. Just, Alexandra Daddario. Fans of Obama’s dream girl might be interested to know that Vanity Fair wrote a profile on everyone’s favorite “Another Woman” under the headline “The Case of the Missing Bikini.” Why, it’s almost as if Vanity Fair knows that people will click on an article promising photos of Alexandra Daddario without a bikini. We’d never resort to such subtle tactics. We’re far more obvious: ALEXANDRA DADDARIO NAKED BOOBS TRUE DETECTIVE .
The role of Lisa Tragnetti, which gave viewers an eyeful — the Upper East Side native bared all in a titillating handcuff scene with Harrelson — almost didn’t happen for her. “I never read for Lisa,” Daddario says of her auditioning process. “I initially read for the part of Beth [ played by Lili Simmons ], but they wanted me for this bolder, more adult role.” ( Via )

“She was incredibly focused, hardworking, and willing to try anything. She’s got those hypnotic eyes that people only get by wearing contacts, but hers are real and induce a feeling of euphoria. Alexandra Daddario decided to appear nude in the 2014 project and now, years later, she believes the move changed her career entirely.
According to a report from Mama Mia , Daddario has been featured in a number of films and television series over the years, including San Andreas , Baywatch , Night Hunter , The Girlfriend Experience , and Why Women Kill , and most recently starred in the debut season of The White Lotus .
However, it wasn't any of these named projects that Daddario believes changed her career.
As Daddario once revealed, it was her nude scene in True Detective that amped up her career in a way that she never expected.
As fans of the actress may recall, Daddario was featured in the role of Lisa Tragnetti for four episodes of the HBO series in 2014, and one of those episodes, Daddario recalls making the "tactical" decision to be seen nude.
Prior to her role on the television series, which aired until 2019, Daddario made her acting debut in the daytime soap opera All My Children , followed by her breakout film role in the Percy Jackson films.
Although her role in the Percy Jackson films certainly led her to be a recognizable force in entertainment, it was her short-lived stint on True Detective that truly proved to be life-changing for Daddario.
During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2020, Daddario explained that she was struggling to be taken seriously in her career before the opportunity to appear on True Detective was presented to her.
"I remember really fighting for that role or any role in the series because I was at a blockade at that time in my career," Daddario said.
"I remember I was not getting into audition rooms for roles I really thought I was right for, and I was struggling to be taken seriously, like every actor has," she continued.
Once she signed on to appear on True Detective , Daddario's character, a court reporter, was seen nude with the character of her co-star, Woody Harrelson, Martin Hart, and shortly thereafter, the trajectory of her career was forever changed.
"I didn’t expect to have what I had happen happen, which was getting naked on a show where I didn’t have a huge role, I didn’t know what to expect," she told Collider in July.
"And then, of course, that episode aired and my manager called, and I’ll never forget it, I was sitting on my boyfriend’s couch and she calls me in the morning after the episode aired and she was like, 'The phone’s been ringing off the hook all morning. The phone won’t stop ringing!'" Daddario explained. "And all of a sudden, everyone in town wanted to meet with me and then I booked San Andreas . So no, I would have never expected that from that role. It was tactical, but not that tactical."
