Sofia Vergara recently turned 45 on July 10th and she’s proudly flaunting her birthday suit.
The “Modern Family” star posed completely nude for Women’s Health’s Naked 2017 issue. And the highest-paid television star in the world claimed flaunting her curves was a breeze.
“I’ve always been very comfortable with my body,” the actress told the magazine . “You know, I’m Latin so we grow up going to the beach in a G-string. I used to do work for the Latin market in my 20s. Like I would do calendar shoots, very sexy and everything. And you know things have changed… how much you take care of yourself is a reality. We all age and you have to embrace it.”
However, Vergara admitted she was a bit nervous about the upcoming photo shoot. Right before, Vergara was filming “Bent” in Rome and “ate like an animal.” She wasn’t exercising and then two days before the shoot, she came home with pneumonia. Looking over at photos of potential poses sent by the creative team also didn’t help.
“They’re all of tall models holding their boobs with one arm,” she said. “But I can barely cover my boobs with two arms — I’m a 32-triple-D! My boobs are real, and I had a baby. If I grab them, I can’t even cover the nipple!”
These days, Vergara is attempting to have a regular fitness routine, but even she gets tempted to stay in bed.
“Like I find any excuse not to do it,” she said. “[I’m] Taking a couple of yoga classes. I’m very bad at it. I don’t have much patience. So I’m always trying to find something that I can do."
She also added, "I don't know if I'm strong. I have bad knees and very thin bones; I can barely do a pushup. I wish I could be a little more athletic, but when you're born with these gigantic boobs... I've had them since I was 13 and they've gotten bigger when I was pregnant and had the baby."
And even though her husband, "Magic Mike" actor Joe Manganiello, is a lifelong athlete, she still can't seem to enjoy any workout sessions, either alone or with her beau.
"It's like torture for me," she explained. "I'm in a bad mood two hours before, I'm in a bad mood while I'm doing it, I'm in a bad mood at the end because I have to schedule the next class."
Vergara did say it’s gotten easier for women like her to proudly embrace their shape in front of cameras.
“It’s not just the Barbie doll on the cover,” she said. “It’s real women. So it’s getting better. I think before it was a little bit more strict to how women were supposed to look... It's not about having muscle or cut abs. I don't have abs because I'm not 'I need to be a fit model with the perfect body.' That would take too much effort!"
The September 2017 issue of Women’s Health hits newsstands August 8.

Sarah Hyland is opening up about womanhood in a raw and vulnerable way.

On Sunday, the Modern Family actress shared multiple black-and-white nude selfies that were snapped in the bathtub. In the first image, Hyland's hair is pulled back in a white wrap and her arms and leg cover her breasts; for the second and third snaps, her long, dark locks cover her nude chest.

"Caption change: Women are funny. Women are brave. Women are caring and strong," Hyland, 27, began the post.

"We are raw and tough. Our bodies defy reason and our minds are powerful," she continued.

"I'm confident. I'm insecure. I'm a woman. I'm human," she said.

For Hyland, the photos were snapped and shared in the name of art. "Think whatever you'd like about these photographs," she wrote. "I like to think of them as moments of art and expression suspended in time."

Hyland's empowering message comes two months after she defended the "naked" selfie she shared of herself and her boyfriend, Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise alum Wells Adams, spooning in bed with his beloved (and Snapchat-famous) bloodhound Carl snuggling alongside them in the sheets.

"She just brought to my attention that that picture I posted might have been inappropriate since we're in bed. So I just have to say I'm so sorry…FOR POSTING AN ADORABLE PICTURE BECAUSE CARL WAS ACTING LIKE THE NUGGETIEST SNUGGLE BUG! Couldn't let that moment pass without getting a picture," Hyland wrote.

In a follow-up note, Hyland reiterated her defense of the selfie.

"I just realized I'm being criticized for being naked… which you don't even know if I am!" she said. "You can barely see any skin but it's ok for Instagram models to roll around in the sand ACTUALLY naked? (I mean I'd post that too if I looked like that.) My point is don't be hypocrites. Either be conservative on all fronts or FREE THE NIPPLE."

"Guys. I know I don't need to explain myself and I do ignore the 'haters' (hate that word)…I think I really just LOVE a good clap back," she added.

Ariel Winter looks like she feels better than ever.
The 17-year-old Modern Family star underwent breast reduction surgery in early June -- going from a 32F bra size to a 34D -- and seems more confident than ever in this picture she posted with boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette at a recent wedding.

After posting the photo, Winter wanted to make two things clear: First, that her dress isn't white. It’s nude. “I would never, ever wear a white dress to a wedding that's not my own,” she wrote on Twitter .
The next was a bit more personal. “I'm a human being. Some comments hurt,” she tweeted. “But luckily I'm strong enough to handle it- unfortunately, I know others out there who deal with online bullies as well- for those victims just remember you are wonderful and don't let other people's words define you. We're all beautiful, and they don't deserve our time.”
“Women are allowed to wear whatever they feel comfortable and confident in, and we should never ever be judged based on appearances,” she concluded. “ALWAYS be confident, and ALWAYS love yourself no matter what anyone else says. I feel so grateful for all the love I have in my life, and I will always work to spread love instead of hate.”
Meanwhile, Winter’s plastic surgeon talks to ET about bullying and the rise of teen cosmetic surgery:

"And cellulite, I have not forgotten about you. I'm going to choose to love you even though you want to take over my whole bottom half. You're a part of me and I love you."
"Sometimes I don't like what I see, but I have the power to change the way in which I relate to my body both physically and mentally."
"Stop comparing yourself to anybody else. The [pictures of] movie stars, even the Disney characters, that’s not real. That’s not attainable. You can’t be anybody else. You are you. You can’t be them. So you really just have to start embracing yourself and accepting so-called flaws that society has given the name ‘flaws’. It’s just our body, our patchwork quilt.”
"The most alluring thing a woman can have is confidence."
"Nobody is perfect. I just don't believe in perfection. But I do believe in saying, 'This is who I am and look at me not being perfect.' I'm proud of that."
"You just want something that someone else has, but that doesn't mean what you have isn't beautiful, because people always want what you have and you always want what they have - no one is ever 100 per cent like, 'Yes, I'm the bomb-dot-com - from head-to-toe!"
"Never compare yourself with others and celebrate what makes you, you."
"Instead of looking in the mirror and focusing on your flaws, look in the mirror and appreciate your best features... everyone has them."
"See this little dimple of cellulite here? It was so worth it for that cookies 'n' cream ice cream!"
"It should be illegal to call someone fat."
"Insults about the way I look can’t be the thing that harms me and my heart the most. It has to harm me the least. If I have a daughter, I’m going to tell her that. Far too many women are much more hurt by being called fat or ugly than they are by being called not smart, or not a leader."
"I’m learning that you can be comfortable and still look beautiful.”

Ariel Winter is continuing to spread her message of body positivity by posing topless, a year after being open about having breast reduction surgery.
Last year, the Modern Family actress was pictured at the SAG awards in a strapless gown with her scars visible from her recent surgery. At the time, she said she wore the dress on purpose making no effort to cover her scars as it is something she is not ashamed of.
Winter has now posed in an un-retouched shoot for Self magazine and reaffirmed that her choice to reduce her breasts from a 34 F to a 34 C in 2015 was “honestly the greatest choice I made”.
The 18-year-old made the decision at just 17 after struggling for years with severe back and neck pain. She was also frustrated with being sexualised in the media when she happened to wear low cut tops or dresses.
“I recommend it for everybody – all women who have thought about it and have suffered from having really large breasts and have back problems and just don’t feel right in their own skin,” she told Self .
Growing up in the public eye thanks to her long stint on Modern Family meant she was regularly objectified and scrutinised over her body and wardrobe choices, calling it “quite possibly the worst fort my self-esteem” but said she received support from her co-star Sofia Vergara.
“I had a great role model in Sofia growing up, with her being a curvy woman that was super proud of who she was and what she looked like. She could see that I was struggling a little bit with how to deal with my body and was always trying to give me advice, like ‘Here are some brands that would look good on your body type’ or ‘Wear whatever you want and feel good about yourself’.”
