- Premiums: you need to send a raffle in the form of a full message to the bot's private messages, the bot will reply with one of the emoji when sending the raffle to the channels folder
- Airdrops: in Notifications - Airdrops - offer an airdrop you need to provide as much information about the airdrop as possible, if there is a link to a ready post about the airdrop you can use it, if you want the airdrop to be sent with your referral link - write in the message (does not always work)
- You can also add bot to your channel/chat, it will automatically collect checks, draws, premiums from your channel/chat
• I sent a new check to the bot and it didn't arrive?
- Perhaps the check queue is heavily loaded, you should wait 5 minutes. If the check still hasn't arrived, maybe the bot rebooted and cleared the queue, send it again
• What are the requirements for a check?
- xRocket: cheque amount - from 1$, number of activations - more than 50, the check should not be for new xRocket users.
- Crypto: no password for the cheque
- Wallet: number of activations - more than 80
- CAP: cheque amount - from 1$, number of activations - more than 50
• The notifications don't come through anymore, why?
- You might want to check your notification settings
- Perhaps when clearing inactive users you were deleted from the database, you should restart the bot (command /start) and if the animation starts - you were added to the database
• What's the emoji instead of a link when you get a notification?
- This is done to check your activity so that inactive users do not take up free space. This check is rare and it is enough to click on the emoji once, so that in the future you will receive notifications in the usual form and you will not be deleted from the database
• I want to switch to a different mirror, do my settings remain intact?
- Yes, all settings except currency, language and anonymity are saved
• When starting the bot writes that the bot is overloaded, but if you go to the mirror it writes the same thing, what to do?
- Just waiting for new mirrors to appear or someone decides to give up their spot in the bot, there are no free spots (in that case you can use inline requests)
• I get a check and it says it's already activated
- The bot only deletes fully activated checks, if you receive such a message (e.g. in xRocket) then most likely
• What is an inline query?
- You can type @TONAlerterBot [your inline request] in any chat, the username of the bot can be any other from the list of mirrors, as well as the inline request, but there is a more precise variant of the request: "cheques" - you will get a separate list of cheques instead of a common one
- If you get outdated data from an inline query, just change the query to any other query (avg. "cheques" ---> "cheques1234")
