Aku vs. Discord is an upcoming DBX by Desert Croc. It features Aku from Samurai Jack and Discord from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Two powerful villains that are feared by many and have been freed from their imprisonment shall duke it out to determine who reigns supreme! Will the shape-shifting master of darkness prevail? Or will he fall to the bringer of chaos?

If you love to imagine the planet-exploding battles of the fictional gods who will never be, taking pointless knowledge gathered from a life spent reading and gaming and swinging it like a gladiator's sword in discussions on reddit... then welcome home, my friend. All of them are 50 feet away from one another.
All of these have either showed heavy reality warping powers, have moved the sun or moon, or have been banished at some point in their history.
I gotta say Aku. Since he's the only one immune to physical damage. The others can simply be beaten down, but not Aku.
On mobile so i can't really get in-depth.
Discord can shrug off decapitation and can turn intangible
Him's been beaten by the raw power of the Power Puff girl's before, meaning he is the only one of the three who is subject to conventional harm For this reason I think Him would not be able to go up against the other two. This leaves Discord and Aku, which is where I think problems arise. We haven't actually seen Aku be matched in power at any point other than Jack with a specific sword, but we also haven't seen him go up against anyone who could rival his magical power. Discord has been beaten, but only by the Elements of Harmony, and Tirek while he had the power of every non alicorn pony absorbed. So we have a much better understanding of Discord's limits as apposed to Aku. I am going to have to go with Aku for now, since as far as I know Discord does not poses a way to actually put him down, where as Aku's magic could be able to overpower Discord, especially since he is the only one of the three that has time warping capabilities. While discord did move the sun and moon, this is not as impressive as moving the actual sun and moon, since ordinary unicorns could be capable of doing that, and its unlikely even every unicorn could move an actual 2*10 30 kg object around the world every day. This implies that actually moving the sun and moon in the pony world (maybe these other worlds too) is relatively easy. Not to mention that moving all cases of moving sun/moon displayed by all these contenders was through reality warping, not actual force, meaning actual physics and impressiveness of these feats does not really apply so much. So if I were to guess: Aku>Discord>Him. I haven't watched any of these shows in a while, so if anyone has some specific feats that would effect this, let me know because I am probably not remembering them.
Worth noting that moving the sun and moon took a large group of unicorns and it permenantly exhausted their magic when they did it.

Discord is a reality warper, though I am not sure how Aku or Him would take to that.

Discord is an idiot who allowed himself to get beaten by children multiple times. HIM's power is a bit inconsistent, but most of the time, he's the biggest threat the PPG have to go up against. Discord can be clearly killed here, he's feared death before by much weaker beings, proving both his stupidity and his low durability.
Aku and HIM cannot die, because Aku has that one specific weakness and HIM can't cease to exist as long as evil exists. So really, it's a stalemate between HIM and Aku, with Discord being taken down because he's by far the most incompetent and least powerful of the bunch.
Not arguing against his PIS or low durability, but the Mane Six are all adults who need use of one-shot maguffins to take out Discord.
