Thiago was an absolute superstar! Very responsive and was there when we needed him even in his busy schedule. The place was a nice quiet part of the city but a good tip would be to rent a car or have uber ready. The place is just the like the photos and more! We will be back soon!!!! The villa has everything you would want! During our stay the electricity on the estate we lived on went off and Thiago responded to our texts within seconds and even though it came back on he drove up to see if everything is okay! Which was very nice. We also loved the barbecue outside, it had a lot of utensils and has very easy to use with very good ventilation! The area is very quiet and good to relax in. I really like the New York theme they had going on. Every thing was sparking clean when I got there. They had complementary drinks in the fridge which I did not expect. The location was not too far from downtown and it is a safe neighborhood. The steak house they had in front of the studio is absolutely amazing. Overall I do recommend the place to any one. The location is perferct for people travelling by train since the train station is quite near. The rooms were tidy, kitchen well equipped but me managed to the electricity down because both the oven and the stove were on at the same time. В супермаркет pingo dolce ездили на машине,но это недалеко. В домике,на мой взгляд , есть все необходимое: Нам все понравилось,путешествовали в четвером мы с мужем и друзья семейная пара Патриция предлагала свою помощь,если вдруг она нам понадобится. Очень приятная,доброжелательная хозяйка!!! Советую останавливаться у неё. Один нюанс,Патриция живет на улице с односторонним движением. Когда мы ехали к ней конечно по навигатору он нас вел по заросшей дороге,если,что не пугайтесь. В доме телевидение,с русскоязычными каналами,wi fi. В общем нам все очень понравилось. Отличное расположение для проведения времени в Синтре, Патриция просто чудо, готова во всем помочь. Рекомендуем ресторанчик вниз к дороге, там много местных и даже очередь, но очень аутентично, вкусно. Дом расположен близко от центра города, удобно добираться оттуда до всех достопримечательностей. We were absolutely pleased with our stay. The hostess was very accommodating. Communication was swift and easy. Traveling to Lisbon and Sintra was easy due to proximity to metro station. The bed was so comfortable and the house was always clean. We had a few issues with the electricity shutting down when multiple appliances are used but apart from that it was all smooth. It is not in the heart of Lisbon but that makes it perfect for those who want more proximity to Sintra as well, it is actually somewhere in the middle of these two. It is a very lovely place, very pleasant and sparkling clean. The host is very nice and she actually waited for us to arrive in the middle of the night. It is easy to get around the neighborhood as well as to reach Lisbon because the train station is near and it takes 15 minutes max to get there. For those who like to cook, everything you need is in the kitchen and also, there are supermarkets near the building. The neighborhood is quiet and you will have a very calm stay there. There is an Aldi literally right across the street, very handy. Also would like to mention the double glazed windows and shutters that made sleeping sublime. Be aware that this apartment is not in a tourist zone and you will have the privilege of interacting with the local Portuguese who are some of the nicest people we have ever met on all of our travels. By the end of our two weeks we felt as if we had become part of the local community. Lastly, Noemia and family could not have been friendlier and more responsive, we feel blessed to be lucky enough to continually find the nicest people on Airbnb. You are halfway to Sintra, in a suburb with a few places to eat, the train is a bit of a hike on a hot day with luggage but then if ur an athlete you may enjoy it. Great flat on the outskirts of Lisbon about 20 - 30 minutes away by Uber - about 10 euro, and there is a metro stop nearby which I never took. The place was very clean and had every amenity one could ask for with regards to towels, soaps, cooking utensils, tea and coffee, and more. Tiago and his aunt were very communicative and helped me when necessary and in a timely manner. I did have an issue with the Internet, however, I think it was a problem with my laptop, as my mobile and iPad seemed to connect just fine. As a restaurant recommendation, go to the one just directly downstairs from the flat go outside and around the back. In only 15 minutes you get to the train station, from where you can go fast to Sintra and Lisbon. Explicit recommendation! This is a quiet place, nice and comfortable. Its a distance to the port and city but its a good value and they are very friendly. The bathroom is clean and has what you need. The bed is comfy enough and there is a large window for lots of light. There is parking out front, which is awesome considering the state of parking availability in the greater area.
