Anyone have experience with difficulty chewing/swallowing? Warning, I describe in some detail difficulty swallowing food, which could be triggering for some --- Hi there, I've been working with various SE modalities (SE, TRE, other related body based therapies like EMDR) for a few years on various physical and emotional issues.
I know this is way delayed but is it like you can swallow and you choke or is it more like in your throat and you can't swallow? I know some of what you said was like a stick feeling, which i experience occasionally and assume food is just having a hard time, liquids usually force that away for me.
