Affiliates talks: Timur «CTO AEZAKMI»
So, the guest of today’s interview is Timur, the lead developer of the AEZAKMI anti-detect browser. He’s told us about Facebook’s anti-fraud systems, how anti-detect browsers work, what exactly gets cloaked by these types of browsers, and so much more. The interview is all just pure information, no unnecessary talking included.
1. Hello Timur! You do a lot for the affiliate market but there isn’t much information available about you as a person. So, please tell us about yourself, your working experience, and how you got into affiliate marketing.
First, we planned on creating an integrated affiliate product for a certain vertical. However, as we were developing it, we turned our attention to the market of cloaking browser footprints.
Our product only had one module. But after researching the market, we saw that it had more potential prospects to offer and it was easier to get started there. This is how we decided to focus on creating our anti-detect browser.
2. Please tell us, how many developers your team has now and whether or not you’re looking to hire at this moment?
Right now, we have 4 programmers. The main part of our team works from the office and we have remote employees as well, they work for 10+ hours a day. We always need more people, this is why we’re turning to agile development and looking for delegating some work to freelancers.

3. Facebook is constantly changing; how much do you feel it’s changed in 2021?
There’s a good and always relevant thought – “it used to be better before”. How much has Facebook changed from an anti-fraud system point of view? We were able to record some changes in our work, it was when Facebook started to ban users’ accounts. Those changes included cookie policies and the implementation of new canvas elements, we’ve fixed everything already.
An anti-fraud system also always changes the order of collecting footprints and their types, it’s eager to scan if a browser has all the latest features according to its version. And considering that each new Google Chrome version obtains new unique features, the abilities of anti-fraud systems’ dynamic performance also get broader and this race doesn’t seem to be ending.
4. Is AEZAKMI only compatible with Facebook or can you use it to bypass TikTok’s, Google’s, Titter’s, and other platforms’ anti-fraud systems?
Aezakmi goes with all the platforms listed above. As well as marketplaces, betting agencies, sites with listings. Anywhere where a user might need to create multi accounts.
5. What techniques distinguish AEZAKMI from other anti-detect systems?
I haven’t thoroughly looked into other software technicalities, so it’s hard for me to answer this.
It’s weird to think about but all anti-detect systems are more or less similar, aside from various certain aspects.
6. You used to grant access for buying accounts each time a user purchases any AEZAKMI package but then you’ve discontinued that offer. Why did you have to do that?
We really did stop selling accounts at one point, that was because we had problems with signing up and the quality of those accounts was decreasing. The quality of our service means reputation for us, so we decided to stop selling accounts at that time.

7. Recently, Apple has screwed Facebook up and so iOS devices aren’t displaying ads that good anymore. And Google has announced a similar privacy-first update. How do you think, can Facebook workaround these limitations from a technical perspective?
Hardly so. These measures aim to fight for the users’ privacy by the mobile operating systems’ vendors.
Mobile apps really know too much about users, this is how they make up for their existence, financially speaking.
In times when this kind of data is valued, during each private data transaction, the system aspires to give the main benefit to the operations’ participants, and not just to the apps such as Facebook.
The needs of the advertising market have to be met, so we’ll soon see new apps from Facebook and other online advertising market giants.
But each difficulty is a new opportunity. For example, the rapidly increased popularity of TikTok. I believe that in a year or so, a part of the market is going to adapt to this specific segment.
8. Please tell us, are you planning on releasing a browser version for working with the M1 processor and how hard is it to develop?
Of course, we’re planning on supporting M1. A new product, new features, new possibilities.
Technically speaking, it’s not hard at all, except for arranging the development process. Chromium based way.
A little spoiler: we’re releasing it in a couple of months.
9. So, you create workaround solutions for anti-fraud systems. Tell us, where exactly do affiliates get busted the most when working with Facebook?
It all depends on the way they work with Facebook since Facebook’s anti-fraud system executes different tasks regarding a user’s actions.
For example, when you create a Business Manager, Facebook checks your canvas hash. And you can get busted at any point.
But the most common bans are because of IP addresses since it’s cheap to test it and Facebook's anti-fraud system checks each user for this aspect.

10. Tell us, what does an affiliate need to do to minimize the risk of getting banned on Facebook?
Stop driving traffic from Facebook.
But actually, try to use Apple’s devices and turn on the screen resolution cloaking. Use high-quality private or resident proxies, having checked them for blacklists first.
11. What do you think, if an affiliate has enough necessary knowledge, can they work with Facebook without using anti-detect browsers, cloak their content manually, or by using their own software?
Nothing’s impossible. If your resources are unlimited, you can just buy a new PC for each account.
If you’re a good programmer and know how to set up a virtual appliance so that it’s unique each new time, then you’ll be able to work by yourself using your own skills. AEZAKMI was developed for ordinary people that can’t or don’t want to spend a lot of time creating their own software but can purchase a subscription and simply go with it.
The fact is, you can’t do affiliate marketing without cloaking a PC’s parameters, whether you do it by yourself (which in this case it’s weird you choose to do affiliate marketing at all) or buy anti-detect browser subscriptions, it’s your call.
12. What kind of subnets does Facebook trust the most these days – resident or mobile?
Mobile. But again, you have to understand that a part of IP addresses is on Facebook’s blacklist (for spamming or fraud, etc.) If a service you choose provides quality resident proxies, you’ll be good with those too.
13. If Facebook tracks malicious activity from a certain mobile subnet, can it ban that whole mobile subnet with thousands of its users?
No. At least I haven’t heard of such cases.
14. Facebook collects users’ data through a user’s resources without spending their own. Can users fight that and is there a way to forbid Facebook from doing so?
You can do this using ordinary browser extensions that block tracker activity. Or use a built-in “Do not track” function. However, in this case, you can experience problems with access to certain Facebook features.
15. Can Facebook detect the time during which an ad was set up and then draw conclusions from that? For example, if an ad was set up in 5 minutes on a new account that’s only launching an ad campaign for the first time and, theoretically speaking, a new user might need to take more time to do this.

16. If you set a campaign up through an API and mainly interact with Facebook through an API, then Facebook won’t be able to track you (as in theory). Can this help with campaign launches and simplify the working process on Facebook?
You can’t always work with Facebook using an API successfully. There’s usually no point to use multi accounts in cases when you can work using an API.
We’re practically talking about automation: setting up accounts, launching ad campaigns, etc. Of course, this helps users work more efficiently.
We have large teams as our clients and they work with API when they launch 100-500+ accounts per day, this is impossible to do without automation.
