Responsibilities:
B2B Affiliate Sourcing & Analysis: Actively source, identify, and build lead databases of premium professionals and agencies who directly cater to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI/UHNWI) in Switzerland, Austria, and Western Europe. Target audience to recruit includes luxury wedding and lifestyle photographers, high-end private and corporate event planners, architectural bureaus, and interior designers.
Direct Cold Outreach: Initiate contact and manage professional business communication via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Email. Present the brand's affiliate program, send tailored commercial proposals, and handle initial objections.
Partner Onboarding & Management: Onboard newly recruited partners into the company's referral tracking system. Equipping them with all necessary marketing tools, including digital catalogs, media kits, and price lists.
Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term professional relationships with your partner network. Regularly follow up, keep partners engaged with the brand, and update them on new art object releases to drive consistent sales.
The Partnership Model:
1. Sourcing: You find and onboard a high-end service provider (e.g., a luxury wedding photographer in Switzerland) to our affiliate program.
2. Integration: The partner integrates our premium art pieces into their creative projects/shoots or recommends them directly to their wealthy clients as exclusive decor or high-end gifts.
3. Conversion: The partner's client places an order. You earn a dedicated override commission from every single order that comes through that partner.
Compensation & Benefits (100% Commission-Based):
Commission on Every Order: You receive commission payments for every single transaction generated by the clients of your onboarded partners.
Absolutely No Limits: There are no caps or restrictions on the number of transactions, sales volume, or maximum monthly earnings. More orders from your network translate directly into higher payouts.
Passive Revenue Stream: You onboard the partner once, but you continue to earn a recurring commission on all of their clients' repeat and future purchases.
Flexible Working Structure: 100% remote working model (Remote) allowing you to fully manage your own schedule, hours, and daily workflow.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English—minimum Upper-Intermediate (B2) / Fluent (C1)—for seamless business correspondence and negotiations. Knowledge of German or French is a strong asset for direct communication within the Swiss and Austrian markets.
Professional Background: Proven track record in Lead Generation, Cold Sales (B2B / Cold Outreach), Recruitment (Talent Sourcing), SMM, or Affiliate Marketing.
Communication Skills: Excellence in business etiquette, strong written communication skills, and a foundational understanding of the psychology and dynamics of the luxury and premium market segments.
