Affiliate Marketing Talks: NPPR team

@webvorkaffiliate

NPPR - is a team with a capital T. Unlike many other teams, guys are trying to make our cozy affiliate marketing society better by their own efforts. They've created a lot of useful services that simplify your work, as well as allow you to save a lot of time. Their huge list includes services for images unicalisation, white offers generator, QUIZ generator and much more. Among human qualities, humanity itself for them is in the first place, and after come experience and expertise, what is very rare nowadays. And these cool guys agreed to give us an interview.

Hello, guys! Tell us about yourself, about your team, how long have you been in the crowd?

Hey, hey! On February 26, 2019 we had an inspiration and had to perform a certain algorithm. The main question was: "What are all these people doing here?". When we got the answer, we decided to complete a training from famous guys, and here we go…

How is the team formed? What are the roles, how many people, who is responsible for what?

Now the team includes: Two founders, two creatives (+ 4 remote), a farmer, two buyers and two developers. One of the founders deals entirely with the technical part, the other's responsible for driving traffic.

What areas do you work with, what sources do you use and why? We're interested in the expert opinion)

If you are interested in the opinion of experts, you'd better ask them. We, in turn, have now identified for ourselves such a well-known traffic source as Facebook. Tried to work with native ads, Google, advertising in elevators also didn't pan out.

How to join your team? What skills should a person have, what are the priority criteria, would you hire an inexperienced person or a beginner? And the main thing, do you need someone now?

You can get into our team "on a hunch". Hunch can be found at – https://nppr.team. First of all, we look at the adequacy and efficiency, since the main task is to withstand jokes, but at the same time fulfill one's obligations. We also consider people without experience. Every day we receive applications, and we are always happy to meet new people.

A person has learned to drive 200-300 leads in solo daily, he wants to scale, but at the same time doesn't want to start working in a team. He wants to create his own team, what does he need for this, and, most importantly, how much?

First you need to pass a lie detector, if the information is confirmed then the team should be formed according to the needs, covering the "weak" spots. Top tip, look at the people, not the skills. We started with RUB 500,000.

Which source is currently the easiest to understand and start driving traffic?

Good question. Each source has its own strengths and weaknesses, so it's a matter of taste and choice. We all went trough "shareware" traffic sources: spam in social networks, doorways, etc.

You kickstart so many useful services for affiliate marketing and, due to the reviews, they are really great. Tell us how did you came up with an idea to create all this, what is the point of doing it for a wide audience for free? I mean, any work must be paid. Where's the benefit?

We like to help. Benefit? New people, exchange of experience. As they say, to get something first, you have to give something.

When do you even drive traffic? We noticed that activity in the public page is high, you respond to messages, kickstart services, chat. But you don't publish the results of the traffic drive, is there any reason for this?

Communication is done by the founders. We had a long break, so we are back in working mode and there is no point in showing the stats at this stage. Now we're developing our own automated system for preparing and launching FB accounts, and the main forces are thrown at this. We've already got through our "circles of hell" and decided to go the other way – the way of complete automation.

People reacted positively to your accounts store, the reviews are good, the product is sold out. It's rare to see an accounts store from an entire team. There is a stereotype that accounts are pushed by someone who doesn't know how to drive traffic. Tell me, is the sale of accounts related only to the fact that you've got plenty of them or is there something else?

During our break, we didn't stop registering and farming accounts, the stocks were huge, but each account has a cookie lifetime and they need to be updated. We decided to distribute accounts for tests to see what the audience will say + raising activity in the public page. After the tests, people clearly told us that the quality of the accounts is excellent, and they don't mind purchasing. So, we were sitting around thinking and decided to start selling, trying to track the negative and positive aspects when working with accounts. Experience is everything to us!

Selling accounts is getting to know teams and building long-term relationships, supplying a want for such an important consumable as an account, a lot of people are ready to share their experience of traffic driving.

Selling accounts for us has resulted in a side business that we intend to develop, improving the quality of accounts, both for ourselves and for the audience of our store.

Tell us, how do you test offers? Describe the mechanics (as far as it can be described), how it looks exactly in your team.

The test of offers is quite simple. We make a request to the affiliate program manager, he makes a list of offers, we look at the spy, we make test creatives, we raise pre-landings and landings, we configure the tracker and clo. We launch a stack of accounts and analyze them. Nothing is unusual about that.

What are the key points in the creative? How to make creative more likely to convert? Describe the process of making a creative in your team

As for the secrets of CONVERTING CREATIVES

You can't say for sure what makes creatives convert. Sometimes the most mediocre creative gives a frenetic CTR, and creative, on which the hope was put, ultimately turns out zero.

But there are a couple of secrets that can really affect CTR

1) Сlickbait is always a clickbait. Still, the task of creative is to attract, interest, and then pre-landing and landing work. Folk remedies of a bit gruesome kind, although we do not use them so often (!), still make people click (we send greetings to teaser ads)

2) Tests, tests, and more tests... And also calls to action, bright headlines increase the conversion, which is not surprising at all

3) It's always better to look for new, unused approaches. Because all the classic ones bother people, they just stop noticing them. Although, due to most of the spy services, people are literally posting the same creatives, this is not entirely true.

4) We can give one more piece of advice - don't try to complicate it.

Sometimes the simplest and most obvious things that hint at a person's problem work best.

Don't make people "fill in the blanks" - the simpler the message, the better. And here you should already learn to deceive the fb, otherwise how will you drive the "obvious" male problem without meeting "disapproved", or even ban

In the group you wrote that you drove adult content. Many webmasters who work with this vertical say that the most important thing is to push through the creative. If the creative is approved, the profit can be expected soon. Share a secret, or at least a quarter of a secret, how to make such creatives so that FB approve them?

There is no secret, actually

At the moment, we almost don't use tough creatives, which are difficult to push through. They most often aren't approved by the fb of the 2020. We hint at the problem as directly as possible without using tough texts (except Hindi) and trying to push naked women, obvious genitals and incredible tons of fat.

In the description of vk community it's written: "and a little bit of SEO". What exactly do you drive through SEO and is it possible to adjust any vertical to organic?

SEO is a residual gambling traffic from the "past life" and test one-page web-sites for RU nutra. Absolutely any vertical can be pumped using SEO. By the way, we'll have an interesting article in our public page on this subject. We'll show how you can successfully cross fb affiliate marketing + white offers + doorways and have passive income on spent domains on autopilot.

You often have AEZAKMI in your public page. Are you somehow connected to them? Or this anti-detect simply sympathizes with you, if so, then tell us why, how is it better than analogues and more expensive\common options on the market?

The choice fell on this anti-detect after the guys contacted us and offered to test their product, and then it turned out that we were from the same city. We met, talked and decided to help in testing on special terms. The product was quite raw "at the start", but their prompt support and assistance impressed us. For more than a year we have been successfully using the anti-detect when working with FB. So they also offered to integrate our services, which will also bring some benefit to our team. It doesn't make sense to say that some kind of anti-detect is better or worse, since each  affiliate marketer/team chooses one or another tool. Our choice is AEZAKMI.

How are things with payment systems, Kiwi and Yandex.Money fit very poorly, but with virtual machines from banks everything is okay so far. Tell us what banks\services you use, how to bring closure to the payments for a long time with good volumes?

We use one well-known bank for young entrepreneurs, sometimes testing on KIWI. Pay taxes and sleep easy, banks for legal entities are the most convenient option for working on a long-term basis.

How do you choose the CPA network with which you start your work? From the team's point of view, what features should the affiliate program have for you to start working with it?

Now we are trying to work with affiliate programs on a personal recommendation from other affiliate marketers. Our main goal is long-term cooperation with a limited number of affiliate programs. It's not a problem to connect any offer to each affiliate program. The key benefit - an adequate affiliate program management. The affiliate program develops in parallel with marketers, the ability to listen and hear allows both sides to win.

Do you have motivation within the team? Bonus features to the best buyers, etc.? And what do you think – does this disunite the team members or bring them together?

Trust is the best motivation. Interest, gifts, corporate events – these are all sweet nothings.

Give away the inside to all those who read to the end :)

Square peg in a round hole – that's us. Were you guys aware that we're going to have a live stream soon? October 14, we'll go live with the support of AEZAKMI, we'll try to answer most questions that torment affiliate marketers.
