Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Manager. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and managing affiliate relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring affiliates achieve their targets. Responsibilities will include the development and execution of affiliate strategies, optimizing performance, and providing support to affiliates through regular communication and operational guidance. The role also requires analyzing marketing data, preparing performance reports, and working collaboratively with internal marketing and sales teams to meet objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Affiliate Management and Account Management
* Strong Communication and Sales abilities to develop and maintain successful relationships
* Proficiency in Online Marketing strategies, including performance analytics and campaign optimization
* Experience in negotiating and managing partnership terms
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with industry trends and affiliate marketing tools and platforms
* Experience in international markets and working with multicultural teams is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
