Let's continue our step-by-step review of the Aff1.com platform. In this article, we discuss the page with tickets, that is, your requests to the support service.

The Tickets section is located in the main horizontal menu of the Aff1.com website and is always visible in the header of each page. It is intended for your communication with the Aff1.com affiliate network support team.

Right here, you can:

• create, 
• view,
• close tickets,
• respond to messages from support team.

How to use tickets

To create a ticket, click on the Create button in the upper right corner of the page.

A window with a form to fill out will appear. It's fast and easy because are only three fields:

1. Question category (general questions or technical problems).
2. Title (please briefly formulate the essence of the question).
3. Your message to support: what happened and what help you need.

After filling out all the fields, click the green Create button at the bottom of the window. So, your ticket has been created and sent to support.

How to view tickets

To view previous tickets, select them from the list on the left side of the page. This shows a list of all your tickets, their status, category and creation dates.

You can filter tickets using the drop-down lists at the top of the page.

To open a ticket and view its details, click on its name in the list.

You will see the history of messaging with the manager and, if desired, you can continue the dialogue.

To close a ticket, click the “Close Ticket” button in the upper right corner of the page.

You can reopen the ticket if you have the same problem again or have additional questions. To do this, find the “Open ticket again” button in the upper right corner of the page.

The Tickets page is not used directly in working with traffic, but you cannot do without it. This is where the archive of your experience is stored and where you can quickly get our help.
