In such cases, the offender must restore the rights of the author and compensate for the damage caused to him.

According to Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Copyright and Related Rights”, the copyright holder has the right to claim compensation from the infringer, regardless of the fact of causing damage, from 20 to 1000 times the amount of BCV.

Means aimed at violating copyrights, counterfeit copies of works must be destroyed.
