Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.
In this case, simply sign out and sign back in on your Xbox App then try to install any games again. That should do the trick.

I'm 29 but I suddenly got locked out with the age restriction message. Whenever I try to download Doom Eternal the message says "the game is rated above the age restriction of my account" even though I have already downloaded it previously and my settings are correct whenever I check my birthday. Don't know what else to do.
I've also asked my Daddy and Mommy for help but they said I'm a grown man and I will figure it out. :/
If any one else is having this problem I just fixed it some how... I went to https://account.xbox.com/ top right hit on your profile ---> ... ---> Privacy and Online Safety. Make sure everything is set to your liking and click submit on all 3 of the tabs (Privacy, Xbox one/Windows, and Xbox 360 online safety) at least that all I did and it just worked. I also started downloading another game and then went back to try and download Doom and that's when it just worked.
