The people who work there are friendly and I've always been treated well but I stopped going after I bought two buy one get one deals on mg edibles and was given mg edibles to go with each one, which I find hard to believe wasn't on purpose. I didn't notice till I got back to Newberry. When I called I was told I could come back in to get it fixed, it's an hour drive. Your company sent me an email days ago saying to come back and get a free pre roll which the guy at the counter said he couldn't do because 'it's probably a deal that starts in November, idk I can't find anything on it' I can attach the email if you need, it's says nothing about November. It seems petty, I know, but letting an obviously upset customer walk over one free pre roll seems like a bad business practice. Anyways, hopefully this helps you better serve customers in the future.
