Add aria2p buildpack on heroku
Goto heroku app settings
scroll down to add Buildpack and Press on Add Buildpack
Enter
https://github.com/amivin/aria2-heroku.git
in the Enter Buildpack URL and Save changes
After adding it should show as above in buildpack list on heroku in app settings
Once it shows in the buildpack list on heroku then do .update deploy in telegram
