Add MyJiraBot webhook to Jira Server
MyJiraBot⚠️You must be Jira Administrator to create Webhooks. If you don't have admin access - ask your Jira Administrator to do this setup.
1. If you don't have MyJiraBot webhook in your Jira yet, the bot will ask you to add it during executing the /watch command. Copy the link (webhook) from the bot's message:
2. Go to Jira administration console > System > Webhooks (in the Advanced section). You can also use the quick search (keyboard shortcut is .), then type 'webhooks'.
3. Click Create a webhook.
4. In the form that is shown, enter the details for your new webhook. For more information on this, see Configuring a webhook later on this page:
- Name: any suitable (ex. MyJiraBot Notifications)
- Status: Enabled
- URL: paste the URL from the MyJiraBot message.
5. Pick the following options:
6. Leave everything else as it is and click on “Create” to register your webhook for MyJiraBot.
🎉Congratulations! The webhook is created successfully. Now you will receive notifications you set up through MyJiraBot.
