I needed somewhere to stay in central Strasbourg for several days where I could hold meetings with local colleagues for large parts of each day. Staff arranged extra tables, there was sufficient space in the suite and the hotel is convenient for the station and the city centre. A nearby supermarket and bakery were useful for self-catering.

We were greeted warmly, got a clean, spacious room with ktichenette, (partially working) air conditon and bathroom. If the shower cabin door would have worked properly we we would have been completely satisfied. :-) Nevertheless we will come back.

It was really relaxing and enjoyable stay at Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France . Receptionist were really welcoming and she explained about Strasbourg christmas market also suggested places to visit & dine. Rooms were very clean, kitchen utensils were also brand new . Overall we had very awesome stay .

Had a wonderful stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Access. The location was great - close to the main train station and also short walk to Petite France. The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious and the bathroom had a closed in walk-in shower, which meant no wet bathroom floor after showering! The beds were firm and comfortable, which I prefer. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful. The self-laundry facility was fantastic! No daily housekeeping unless requested, which was fine by me. I cannot recommend this place enough and will happily stay here again on my next visit.

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfy and pretty clean, as was the bathroom. We felt that the carpet was not very clean or hygienic, especially in a hotel which accepts pets. The reception area was a bit offputting, we didn't feel we were in a three star residence,. Only about 10 minutes to walk into town. Very good breakfast.

I really like this hotel, cozy, friendly and nice reception. Very helpful too! I was pleasantly surprise with the mini table on bed which I use it often for my ipad. Thank you. Though 1 small thing to note, I stay there for 1 week and with a strong sense of smell...I would hope the hotel to include a bit of toilet washing equipment.

Stayed three nights here. Location is okay, rather close to train station and the charming old town. Not much to do in the close proximity though. The street seems to have had a few restaurants but all seemed to be closed these days. The room was at the far end of the hall on the fifth floor which made for a quiet room and a good night's sleep. The window opened fully up out to the backyard which was nice in the warm weather. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was newly renovated while the rest of the room seemed worn and a bit outdated. Not charming but decent. Worst part was the rather dirty old carpet. A new wooden floor would suit the room. The reception area was quite nice though. You get an old fashioned key here, not a key card.

we were disappointed , was a student hotel , not really as advertised , the room was dirty and the halls were noisy , we had to just walk away and find good hotel down by the river , loved the town in general

Great location as it is very close to the main train station and central Strasbourg within minutes. Loved the place as it is in Petite France and the rooms are spacious and have all that you may need. You have a small kitchenette with all needed appliances if you wish to cook your own meal. They welcomed us with drinks and cakes which added a plus to the hotel Staff kindness and niceness. Breakfast room is well situated with lots of varieties to satisfy any palate. Just be aware that this type of hotels is an apartment so you will be asked to keep remove the garbage and the room clean upon check out

I don’t usually post reviews, but wanted to give a shout out to the staff at this hotel. They were extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly, especially given we were traveling with the full family and were fairly “needy”. The hotel’s location as well is extremely convenient re getting to Petit France. Overall, a great experience!
