As many of you have probably noticed, yesterday, 05/10/2021, we encountered another serious hacker attack on Telegram and @LubTokenBot. Our team, with the technical support of Telegram, was able to successfully reflect all the actions of the hackers. We express our deep gratitude to all IT specialists of the Telegram team.
Briefly about what happened:
An attack was made on the API of our partners' wallets (Binance and Metamask), during which some users who had ever replenished their Telegram wallets were credited with double and triple replenishments.
We encountered a huge number of users who decided to withdraw Tokens that do not belong to them. At the moment, about 600 such unscrupulous users have been identified. And this is already about 0.35% of the total number of investors.
At the moment, our team, including the finance and Anti-Fraud departments, continues to analyze the results of the attack:
- We remove unnecessary tokens from each user (all, except for legally purchased ones)
- We answer requests for technical support on a first come, first served basis
- We improve the functionality and security of our wallets
- We process payment requests and identify fraudulent requests.
At the moment, we apologize for the inconvenience and assure everyone that we are doing everything so that such cases do not happen again. Unfortunately, in our time, not a single interesting Start Up blockchain can fail to face the risks of an attack on the project.
We assure everyone that very soon everything will return to its place and we ask you to treat with the understanding that all requests are processed slower than we would like.
Replies from @LubTokenSupport Team currently average 100 responses per hour and the waiting time for responses can be up to 48 hours.
Payments are processed both in turn, and when processing all wallets after an attack by our Anti-Fraud department. The delay in payments can be up to 72 hours. Please understand! LUB Token has now received all approvals from CoinMarketCap and is listed there as an exchange! We use the time that we have fortunately got and will (together with the IT guys from CoinMarketCap) set up the LUB Token API with all graphics, capital entry and current price on CMC. Since no payouts would be possible anyway - it fits perfectly with our roadmap. Please understand that the process can take up to 7 days. We hope, however, that our IT team will be finished sooner.
Our advice: Refrain from a withdrawal order and keep the LUB tokens at least until the earliest payment date so that you can continue to benefit daily. At the same time, we will switch on the automatic withdrawal option again.
