Responsibility:

• Processing bank statements
• Journal entries Processing
• Month end closing activities
• COPA-cycle runs for Financial Result
• FI/CO integration check in SAP
• Bank reconciliation
• Accruals/provisions and reversal of accruals
• Deferrals
• Entering currency rate to SAP
• Fixed assets (creation/capitalization/depreciation run)
• Vat closure/Vat reconciliation
• Monitoring clearing and transit accounts
• Monitoring GR/IR account
• Cost centers creation/changes
• CIS Input Charts for FI / CO
• Net Sales Check SD/FI/CO-PA
• IC reconciliation
• Other ad hoc reports related
• Driving process improvements
• SAP OTC/RTR workflow monitoring
• Daily communication with local finance
• Handling local finance inquiries
• Audit requests
• Handling testing phrases (projects)
• Quality check

Requirements:

• Experienced with controlling and accounting aspects (>2 years)
• R2R experience particularly in the specific areas of FA, IC, closing process, VAT
• English level - Upper-Intermediate
• Work experience with ERP system/ SAP
• MS Office knowledge / Excel
