We're hiring an experienced Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities and play a key role in keeping our financials accurate, timely, and organized.

Sage Intacct experience is required.
What You'll Do
* Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, payroll entries, and general ledger.
* Own month-end and year-end close activities.
* Handle AP, cash receipts, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
* Prepare and review financial statements and investigate discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
* Use Excel, Sage Intacct, AI, and automation to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
* 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
* Strong experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation/review.
* Hands-on experience with AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and GL maintenance.
* Required: Sage Intacct experience.
* NetSuite experience is a plus.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
