  - manager hasn't access to withdrawal (Trade with API key).

2. Profit/Losses:

  - P/L calculation in USDT;

  - profit share every month: 65% - client, 35% - manager; 

  - base amount will refresh every month after profit sharing (you can remain your share of profit for larger base amount and more potential profit at next month);

  - manager do not responsible for losses.

3. Terms:

  - 6 month;

  - you can refuse cooperation at any time, but need pay penalty - 10% (profit will share by agreement conditions).

4. Additional details:

  - 3% - management fee when partnership start (base amount excluded this fee);

  - client do not trading on account which is under management.
